So Eleven 15 Events closed their door and opened Elaborate Events in Duluth, GA off Old Norcross. I decided to give them 3 stars. I could have rated them with a 5, but I recently had an event there and I was not pleased at all with the staff during the event! The place was well decorated! I loved the décor, but for me it does not matter how good the place look, Customer Service it definitely tops everything! Just know that they cut corners when it comes to saving money and if you want a beautiful event, until they hire the proper and knowledgeable people, this is not the place to pay thousands of dollars. :) That’s all I have to say! Good luck
