I was very disappointed in the hair cut I got a couple of days ago. I told the stylist, Brandy, to take 1 ½″ off the length — and that I did not want ANY layering or thinning done. I told her I scrunch it while blowing it dry — that due to my hair’s strong wave, I didn’t want any useless straightening done because it never lasts long. She did everything I didn’t want. She put a straightener product on it and blew it out straight using high heat (something you don’t want to do on a consistent basis with wavy hair!) I didn’t realize until I got home just HOW MANY LAYERS she had cut the hair into on the back of my head! WAAAAAAAY more than 1 ½″ taken off!!! I will return to this salon because of its convenient location and hours but will ask for a different stylist — I don’t ever want Brandy to touch my hair again. She seems a sweet person but I want a stylist who listens to me and does what I ask. So if you go there and get her, be aware that she may do what SHE wants to do to your hair and not what you have asked to be done. I’m now stuck with all these frizzy layers in the back and will have to put up with them for many months, waiting on them to grow out — NOT HAPPY!!!

I never write reviews, but I love this hair salon so much Im writing one for the first time! Since the moment I walked in, the two workers there greeted me and made me feel welcomed. They were also very fast with service didnt waste any time which is always a plus. Not only are they great at cutting hair, they treat their customers very well. They are very professional and friendly at the same time, I told them how Id like my hair cut and she made it exactly how I described it. Couldnt be any more satisfied and Im very glad I found this salon. I would definitely come back here when I’m in the area and I definitely recommend everyone to try this salon, Im sure you will love your experience and your hair cut :) Nothing less than 5 stars!

Cindy is amazing and is the only person I allow to color my hair. I always love my hair when I leave her hands. I am very picky with my hair and she always put me at ease.

I have been going here for many years. Susan A. is a fabulous stylists and her coloring skills are the best. I have difficult to color hair and it always looks great! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I love the points you can earn, and I always get asked «who colors my hair?» My husband, son and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I am glad I was recommended to this place 2 years ago. When Ramona left I was hesitant to go back after she did my hair for a year. But I was wrong because I found Veronica. She took the time to review and discuss what and how a certain style would work for me. I would not go anywhere because everyone in this salon is friendly and have very good customer service. I would recommend Veronica to anyone.

This a great, clean, friendly place that serves a wide variety of customers — women and men, younger and older alike. They have stylists on staff who can do whatever you may need. I have had my hair cut by the multi-​award-​winning Susan for many years now, and I keep going back despite the distance from my house because she does such a great job. They are very accommodating with regard to appointments, but book well ahead of time around holidays, proms, etc. Highly recommended.

I went in last night because I needed to get my hair right for photos today. I needed to go back to my natural color and over an inch of my roots is showing. My natural color is a medium brown and I walked out with black hair. Also when I walked in, I asked for a price. I was told $ 55 or $ 56. When I got the bill– after I had the dye in my hair and was letting it set– they charged an additional $ 30 for my length and an additional $ 10 to blow dry. I didn’t get it blow dried. I kept saying I thought I was too dark and they said don’t worry, it’s because it’s wet. I’m pissed. The girl that did my hair was clearly a recent graduate and asked for guidance– which I’m ok with. However, neither of the more experienced stylists cared to check up on her work after her initial question.
The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because everyone was very friendly, the place was clean and I watched others get a better result.
