I was not pleased with my experience at Soft Touch Endodontics! The office staff was unprofessional and Dr. Davis was not confident and informative about the root canal that needed to be done. She told me it would take 2.5 hrs. to do my root canal and it would take 2 visits. I was charged $ 25 just to make an appt., had to pay the entire consultation fee even though my insurance covered it, and they even came to collect money from me while I was in the chair. They do have nice facilities, but it ends there. I ended up going somewhere else and it took him 30 min. to do the root canal.

Do not go here if they are out of network for your insurance. They will double charge you using different billing codes so the insurance will not pay both, but they will charge you because they can.

Amazing! Very professional, great customer service and nice facilities. The doctor is great and really does have a soft touch. I don’t think it gets better than this. I thought I paid a lot just for a consultation, it’s kind of price-y, but I guess you get what you pay for so it’s worth it. They accommodated me after I was 30minutes late for my appointment because of a car crash I was waiting to be cleared and they called the day after to check to see how I was feeling after my procedure.
