Awful awful awful, if I could give negative stars, I would! Not only did they charge waaaaay more than they should, but the repair was complete crap and it took days longer than they told me, so I had to waste my time checking in on them! They charged $ 60 for a new sole and shine, (I lived in NYC the past few years and paid $ 20 – 25 there) but they only shined the toes of my boots and left the rest unpolished, yet somehow there were new stains that were not on the shoes when I dropped them off! I was livid, but the jerk who works there doesn’t speak English so he kept saying the stain wouldn’t come out, even though i was trying to tell him it was from his equipment. I finally got fed up and left. No wonder they make you pay in advance, they’d never get paid for this shoddy service if customers saw what they were getting! Save your money and avoid this place like the plague!
