I have love for this location. Didn’t screw up my order and yes I had subtraction and adds. Friendly service. And yes it is the bell. Deal with it.

Two bad experiences within 24 hours!!! I went to this location last night after double checking the hours since it was New Year’s Eve. When I got there it was 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. There were two cars in line that had already placed their orders when i pulled up. No one spoke on the intercom ordering system. They refused to take my order.
I went back to Taco Bell (this location again) tonight 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and the same exact thing happened. I was told by the woman who came to the window (after I sat there for 2 minutes watching her eat in the kitchen) that they had already turned everything off and it would take 30 minutes to turn it back on. Talk about horrible customer service AND they’re losing out on business.

HOT, FRESH AND ACCURATE!
The chicken quesadilla! That’s all I care about. When I go through a drive-​thru, I’m just hoping that all is well once I get my food home. The worst feeling in the world is to get home and have a «jacked up» order. Tonight, I won!
Actually everyone won because our entire order was on point, not to mention that the customer service was great tonight, polite and efficient.
My order was hot, fresh and accurate. Winning!

Location is the only reason we come here. Management is so bad, 15 minutes wait in your order almost everytime. Often runs out of fork, sauce and other things.

Food was good, but the cashier got my order wrong, which happens a lot when I come here! Took a very long time to get our food which was definitely annoying after dealing with the cashier!

I only went through the drive-​thru, but they got everything in my order correct. :-) That’s a lot for Taco Bell.
It must have been a new person making the food because my tacos were stuffed with cheese! I loved it! I’ll have to go back to see if it happens again!
