Very unhappy. Went on a Monday, used their electronic check in. Clearly stated symptoms of headache, sore throat, fatigue. Received a diagnosis of a common cold ON THE DISCHARGE SHEET. No culture, no feeling for swollen throat, etc. Started feeling worse a day or two later. The clinic called me to follow up two days later. I informed them I feel worse. They state they will call back to see if they can get a follow up visit covered for me. Receive notice they cannot cover co pay, headache was only symptom on their record (I HAVE WRITTEN DOCS SAYING COLD). I guess they were hoping they would get me in to PAY. Guess a HEADACHE isn’t included in feeling worse either.
