worst Wendy’s I’ve EVER encountered. had to have a quick lunch sunday(feb. 28, 2016) as we were busy with house chores. Went through drive-thru at 11:05 a.m.(b/c the sign on the door said they open at 11 a.m. on sundays) Sat in the drive-thru line until 11:15 when they finally opened(if you’re not ready to open at posted time, change your posted time, I say) I placed my order and waited another 10 minutes for it to be ready. By this time there were several cars behind me in line. When the lady I assumed to be the manager(b/c she had on a bit ‘dressier’ uniform than the other employees) opened the drive thru window to give me my order, she practically threw it at me without saying a word. I knew that there wasn’t enough in the bags to be my complete order. I tried to get her attention and tell her what was missing but she was gone. I had to park my truck and go in. One of the other employees — a middle-aged african american woman(I use that only as a point of reference b/c I didn’t get her name) redid my whole order, gave me extra beverage and an extra chili for my trouble. But what bothered me is that she went back to the office to tell the manager the mistakes she’d made and the manager wouldn’t come out to address the situation with me I could tell in fact, she was being quite dismissive of the woman trying to make my order right. I thought that if my satisfaction and my order being correct wasn’t of enough concern to the manager to get her out of my office, I probably didn’t need to darken the door of this Wendy’s again. I’ve had bad experiences with 2 Wendy’s in close proximity to my house — perhaps I should just avoid the franchise as a whole.

Went through the drive thru for a very simple order(two frosties) which somehow was screwed up. They charged us for a different order. Had to walk into the store to pick up the frosties(which we were then charged for). The frosties were mostly melted. Multiple people were in the store trying to get their orders corrected as well. Manager did not apologize, nor did she seem to care. She said she refunded the order Just checked credit card transactions and there were 3 different transactions for the one order today, totaling over $ 30 for just 2 frosties. Does this make sense?

The drive thru wait for this place was incredibly slow! I was in line for more than 15 minutes with an order of 2 things. When I asked how much it costs to upgrade my meal, the cashier replied, «I don’t know» with an unacceptable amount of attitude. Lazy workers= horrible service.

It could be because it was late and almost 30 minutes to closing time, but husband had just returned home from a long trip and needed dinner. Door inside was closed so we had to use the drive though. Drove to window to place order and greeted nicely. Saw the promotion of the cheezy fries and ordered those to go for me. The fries tasted old and were not good at all. I ate half. For $ 1.99 I expected a nice size plate of hot fries drizzled with cheese sauce… ugh. and no salt… Also the tea was sour and had to pour it out… Wendy’s I am disappointed in you. Usually your food is good here.

Had dinner here and it was ok. Fast food is fast food pretty much. I used to love Wendy’s b/c it was so much better than McD’s and BK but now they’re all about the same. Sad.

this place was clean, wasn’t all that hard to find. the people in there were not only VERYLOUD, they were cursing and running around like idiot teens. I know I’m at a fast food restaurant, but people should still have decency and self respect. putting straws up your butt so «your farts(or butt, whichever one it was) can breathe» Isn’t classy.
