Once Upon A Paper

My wedding invitations were three weeks late. Since invitations are time sensitive, I finally bought some from Michaels because I wasn’t sure if she would ever come through. She claims they were finished, but I waited three weeks for them. In the process of waiting she kept promising them and not coming through. I even drove out to her shop once for a scheduled meeeting, and upon arrival received a text that she would not be able to make it. It takes 30 minutes to get to her shop. Total waste of time. I never saw a proof, and when she did send me a progress update, the invitations were wrong. She refused to compensate me in anyway. I barely got an apology. Do not use this business. It’s not worth the stress.
