Lovely Nails I

Only been here once and might give it another shot soon (will update accordingly).
Very small place. Came in to get a gel mani/​pedi with a friend. The staff was friendly but I really felt rushed during the entire process. I wanted to be seated next to my friend of course, but was placed on opposite sides of the room (weird because there were empty seats…) I also had two nail techs doing my toes and fingers at the same time. Which wouldn’t be an issue if it weren’t for the fact that I had to sit on the edge of my chair and hold hands out toward her so she could do my nails. Not exactly the relaxation I was looking forward to when I went in.
What was weird was that my nail tech also left a decent amount of my nail unpainted toward the base and the result was that it looked like I got them done a couple days prior. Tried asking her to fix it but she said it looked fine. My friend didn’t really have an opinion of the place but we kinda wished we had went to my place and did each other’s nails. Would’ve been more relaxing and fun.

I was in the area and stopped in for a quick pedicure. They were able to take me right away and It was only $ 15. Even though it did not say spa pedicure it was one of the best pedicures I have had. If I lived closer I would go here all the time.

Joy, who appears to be the owner, is amazing. She always tells you if there is a wait. She is attentive, pleasant, and can really shape nails. The first time she did my nails, I walked out and could find nothing wrong with them. NOTHING!!! She cut my cuticles without cutting me, my nails were even, and there were no bubbles or fibers visible in the polish. Plus, it took like a week for the polish to chip. I have gotten pedicures from two other people there, and they were very good as well.
