Apple Store

I stopped in for an ipad air and had an easy transaction and was out in 5 minutes. I’ve been using Apple products since the Mac ll and floppies, and anything Apple becomes obsolete long before it fails (except for those Mag safe chargers). Personally, I prefer buying at an Apple store over third party retailers.

These guys and gals are very organized and know their product. I took a class here on ipad basics and it really opened my eyes to a whole new world.

I’ve always had the best customer service here, buying and if something broke and I’m getting it fixed, they are always nice. :)

Rude and condescending staff! the short male receptionist with glasses was especially rude. He confronted paying customers like a barking chihuahua. wasted my two hours there for the misinformation the guy gave me. Worst shopping experience ever!

Apple. I love you, and secretly hate you. Customer service is great. I actually used the Genius Bar for the first time. I feel, smarter. Always buy the apple care. For reals.

Recent visit to the Genius Bar. I always make an appointment and never have to wait long once there. My Doctor should take some tips from them on keeping prompt appointment times

I love the Apple store.
And it’s not just because the brushed metal, soft-​lit interior makes me feel like I’m walking into Bruce Wayne’s ultra-​high tech bunker basement (circa The Dark Knight Rises). Every single time I’ve visited, there have been copious representatives on hand to help. They’re always friendly, knowledge, and no-​pressure.
I love the way Apple presents its products. The units are neatly organized into groups, allowing you to comparison shop. The iPads they pair with each product make it easy to learn about the specs (and I’m a specs guy, so that’s nice). The handheld checkout devices that the representatives carry make checking out super-​convenient. It’s no wonder the brand new Microsoft store that opened nearby takes many of its cues from this store.
Today, the adapter on my Macbook Pro crapped out. The friendly folks here have squeezed me into their busy Genius Bar schedule. And while I wait, I get to chief the 5k iMac to Unilocal around while I wait. That’s dedication.
In conclusion: Apple does retail right.

Came into the Apple Store to get service on my 2011 MacBook Pro. My computer prompted me to service battery and I was nearing the end of my Apple Care warranty, so I rushed in. I told Brian at the genius bar my issues, and went above and beyond to make sure my computer was completely taken care of and he even finished the service in a few hours since he knew I had to make a long drive out to Syracuse for the service. I’ve never felt so pampered by Apple before in my life. Thanks Apple Store at Syracuse!

I love the Apple store. I have shopped here hundreds of times and often use the personal pick up feature which allows me to order online and pick the items up at the store within less than a hour. This is a perfect solution for people who are in a hurry and wanting to get in and out quickly. The at this store are super knowledgeable and make you feel like you are part of the family.

I had to bring in a problem MacBook during the 2013 Thanksgiving Holiday Rush, and yet they did the repair perfectly and in a very timely manner.

Incredibly pleased.

Once I saw the store at first it looked small, but once I went on the inside I saw how big it really is. There is a lot of floor space and tons of products on display. The workers were also really helpful and being that the store isn’t packed like the NYC Apple Store it is really easy to find a worker for help. Overall I liked the many products on display, and the fact that the store wasn’t so crowded that you couldn’t find help.

This is the smallest Apple store I’ve been to, but an Apple store nonetheless. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and they have all the products you’d see in all the other Apple stores. However, now that I think about it, I’m not sure if they have a Genius Bar? I don’t think they have room for that.
