The crust is very thin, just crispy enough for support, and deliciously chewy. The sauce is spread sparingly, and is slightly sweet with a little zip. There is just enough mozzarella and provolone to cover the pie, with a nice mix of herbs, and not too greasy. Slices are $ 2 for cheese, a little more for toppings, and maybe a little on the small side. They have other entrees and salads, but honestly I haven’t felt the need to try them. Their soda fountain has free refills(I know that is a big deal for some people). The décor is very casual pizza joint, with several laminate tables, a good size LCD on the wall, and a few semi-artsy photos of pizza and related ingredients. I’m not sure how well they can handle large crowds, as they seem to only have 4 or 5 pies out at a time, and there isn’t that much space. On the bright side, that means a lot of turn over and fresh pizza. I have been there a couple times when the pizza was less fresh and it was less good. Hence the knocking off a star, even though it is hard to avoid.
