Ugh. The online order system is useless. 3 people in here are waiting for pizzas they ordered online to be picked up over 45 minutes ago. Missing superbowl 50 kickoff! The worse service ever. It’s early February in central New York and they have the front door propped open and I have to stand here with my child freezing cold waiting for a pizza that was supposed to be done long ago. What’s the point of ordering HOURS ahead if they if they can’t make it on time?! Now they have my money, but I still have no pizza!
