Lady in the office wouldn’t let us get personal item from our truck unless we paid $ 90.00 because it’s a holiday. She was just answering the phone. How hard would it be to let us get our things. Tow truck driver was helpful after the accident. I don’t feel like they take care of there customers very well :(
I will not be calling them again!

My vehicle DIED on I-​5 in heavy traffic as I was on my way to take a test. State Police and DOT were on scene, I forgot my phone. Talk about stress… BUT– «JJ», with Bill’s towing, showed up, calmly saying, «I am here to help, and whatever you need, wherever you need to go, I am here to help.» I am suggesting that people keep this number, even if they have other services, because of the personal, and professional service I received. It’s nice to know there are people who truly CARE out there, and this Company is one of them.
