I hired Barb to remodel my bathroom. The job started out great, with Barb promising she could do all these fantastic detailed finishes. However by the end of the job, she didn’t do many of those things, never communicated that they couldn’t be done or why, and then got mad when I asked for a discount for work not completed. Its been over a month since everything has been finished and she still hasn’t sent out a plumber to fix loose fixtures. I shouldn’t have paid her until all detailed work was complete.
