I can’t say how much these nice folks surprised me by their work ethics and honesty. First, I thought I had called a different company. Since they had showed up, I asked them to go ahead and clean he area which was supposed to be equal to their $ 99.00 special. My carpet had pet stains and was smelly. They did the job and at the pay time, they said it is free!!! No matter how much I insisted, they said it is a free service cause I originally thought of some other service. They wanted me to try their service and call them again. Which I will, and I highly recommend them to all.

We just had our carpets cleaned by Carpet Pros and are very happy with how good they did. They took their time, were good at answering questions and were respectful.
The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were a couple of spots that we had to ask the cleaner to go over again. He was responsive and took care of the spots without excuses or a bad attitude. It also seemed like it took a little longer than normal for the carpet to dry.
Overall…I’m happy with the service & price and plan on using them again next time we have our carpets cleaned.

After researching other carpet cleaning businesses, I decided to have Carpet Pros out to clean my old, badly stained carpets. First reason I chose Carpet Pros was the phone conversation I had when inquiring about their business, he was honest, listened to what I was asking and had great advice, and most of all gave me a quote over the phone, all very impressive. When they arrived on time, he looked at my carpet and was very knowledgeable about carpets, stains and how to take care of future stains myself. While they were here, they were thorough, clean and fast, and when they finished, the carpets looked remarkable! I was so happy with them, with their firm competitive price and their honesty that I wanted to make sure I posted their business as a five star service and I absolutely will use them again.
