Seriously love this place. I’m into lifting and I have my primary gym membership at LA Fitness cause I love their group classes, but I love coming here to throw around some weights! The squat rack is pretty much always open when I come which is never seen at LA Fitness. I like my space when I workout and there is usually only a couple other people in the weight rooms. They have kettlebells! Which LA Fitness doesn’t even have… Lots of free weights and your typical machines. Their treadmills are really nice and they have two stairmasters yessss. Everyone is super nice and it’s a chill low key place to workout without feeling smothered by the gym bros.

Decent quiet place. Good price. Not crowded like a lot of gyms but the bald guy in the front is a TOTAL jerk. Why I gave 2 stars.

Based solely on the Splash Park itself, this is a great spot for the kiddos to run around and have some fun. I personally love the lay of the land. There is a U shaped grass area for the parents to set up camp, the space is very open so that you can keep a watchful eye at any point the kids play and there is plenty of room, even on the busiest of days. Parking can be a pain on Sundays because the Farmers Market takes up two rows of spaces. There is also an issue with the address, making it a hard find if you’re not a local. The bathrooms are kept up to par per public restroom standards. There is lack of shade so beware and be prepared, especially in the recent scorching 80 degree heat. While the big kids have their zone, there is a little kids area too but not divided out rightly so if you have a teetering toddler you will have to keep a close watch. Luckily, my 18MO is adventurous and loves to run around all parts… keeping Momma on her toes just a few feet away at all times. The adjacent play ground has your standard set up but a bonus zip line to boot. There is plenty of fun for all. In fact, just over the grassy knoll is a soccer field. When you get bored you can switch it up and go play there! What’s not to love? It is free and wonderful. YAY!

I previously reviewed the Center at Norpoint and have to say that since they added more classes back to the roster for members, I am much happier. Good change C@N! Love that it is never crazy busy and it is a true community center as you can feel the sense of community here. Also love that they have different extra events throughout the year for members and the community.

All in all, it’s a good spot. We go here just for swimming lessons, and we’ve been fairly satisfied, I mean, there’s only so much you can get out of parent-tot lessons. Their membership fees seem reasonable and most of the staff has always been helpful. Locker rooms are clean. The lifeguard on Saturdays, though, she’s not very nice or helpful and always seems to be in a bad mood. Not good for working with parents and kids.

We checked out the new water play area out back with the playground. The kids had a blast. They have two playground areas. One is geared to toddlers and the other to a bit older kids. They also have a zipline that was awesome. The water play area comes on and off every few minutes which I think is a good idea to give the kids a break.

Love this place! Belonged here for years and I always felt welcome and extremely comfortable whenever I came in. The building is kept clean, and the instructors are better then anywhere else Especially Maylinda and Minh. Definitely worth the little bit extra in cost!

Mismanaged. Cut back on adult lap time and so it was overcrowded during very limited lap time with too narrow lanes, impossible to swim comfortably. Not geared to working adults.

Very mismanaged. One the managers named Kim thinks she is doing their customers a favor and doesn’t understand basic customer service principles. Their website is incorrect and has missing information(pool info and hours) and the front desk staff is not trained. This speaks very badly for Phil Marr(Head Manager) and his capabilities to run an organization like the Center at Norpoint. On the plus side the playground is nice and clean.

It is too pricey for what it is. We used to be members when we first moved in to the area back in ’05 and even then it was expensive. I looked at their website again today because I need to join a gym and get moving. Their adult membership is $ 45/mo. and $ 21 per additional cards. $ 45 is a lot when you compare it to Bally’s, 24 hr. fitness and LA fitness since those places have some specials going on year’round.

Unprofessional, overpriced, junky and big waste of time. We spent a lot of money on a lot of different kinds of lessons for the kids and they never learned anything. We paid $ 200 for a princess party with bored«princess» helpers and decorations that kept falling down. The pool heater broke and they didn’t call to warn us that swimming lessons were cancelled. It’s understandable that my kids didn’t progress in swimming after 1 session, but after 3 months of swimming lessons they hadn’t learned a thing. Save your money and choose a different community center.

The Centre has a pool and swimming lessons, dance lessons, aerobics classes, all sorts of stuff. New cool spray park behind The Centre is the best kept secret only locals barely know about.

Was here for a friend’s wedding reception and the room was spacious. They could use newer chairs though. They have a workout facility and pool here also for people to use. It’s spacious and their parking lot is really big. It’s kind of out of the way for me but can see how it’s a nice venue for a wedding or big birthday party.
