Ordered online delivery during 2015 Apple Cup; pizza was super great and came fast /predictable. Ordering online gave us a big discount

The crust is typically under-seasoned and they go too heavy on the cheese– even though we order without extra cheese. Overall a typical Dominos, although I’ve had better pizza at other Dominos.

I was hesitant to try Dominos again because years ago I didn’t like their pizza at all, but I’m glad I did! We ordered online for delivery and the service was prompt and friendly. The pizza was actually delicious! I’m taking away one star for the cinnamon dessert sticks– they were pretty dry, and the icing tasted like powdered sugar and water. Other than that, I was really impressed and will definitely order from here again.

cant quite give them 5 stars but I will say for quick and affordable take out/delivery pizza they are at the top. The best local Pizza in the Point Defiane Proctor district would most likely be Cloverleaf Ranked #1but with the quality comes $$$ too. Piza hut is usually bout $ 5 more than dominoes and 15 minutes longer to deliver though they are within ½ mile of each other. I choose Dominoes here on Stevens street because of the convenience price and attitude of the drivers and staff in the store when I;m picking up is always friendly.

We have frequented this Domino’s location for years, and have had decent service and food for much of that time. Unfortunately, very early this morning, a disoriented delivery driver from this store came pounding on our door. We had not ordered pizza, and were both asleep when the first knock came just after 1am. Instead of checking her paperwork against the well-lit house number just 18 inches or so to the left of the front door, the driver waited a few minutes, and then decided to pound even harder. This got us both up. The clock read 1:09am. My partner called through the front door that we hadn’t ordered anything, and the driver turned and left. I called the store this afternoon and spoke with the shift manager Amanda, who said that the driver was supposed to call the number on the order, but was probably in a hurry since it was so late, and that they close at 1am on Saturday nights. Of course we are aware of how very late it was, having been jolted twice by this careless employee. Amanda said, «Sorry about that.» I guess that’s all we could really expect, but I don’t think we’ll be ordering from this location again.

Product highly inconsistent. Good luck having them get your order right, and/or receiving your full order.(Really is it that hard?) Have attempted to contact management several times, with no response.(I believe a month is more then enough time to allow for a response) Good luck with this location. Its been on a steady decline over the past year.(used to be pretty good)

What an excellent store! The manager was willing to change the staff schedule and open early to accommodate our company’s gigantic order by 10am. I highly recommend this store and will use them over and over to feed our company. Thank you to the staff and management for helping us out.

Ordered for delivery if the wait time from«out for delivery» to the guy actually showing up at my door(25min) wasn’t indication enough of this experience then the fact the pizza bag was set on the ground to remove it from the bag was another great place to start… then I actually got to consuming the Pizza, Bread sticks and Cherry Coke and of those 3 the only thing they go right was the 2lt of Soda. I already filled out my feedback for Domino’s but the Unilocal community need to know that though Dominos multi million dollar add campaign has told you things are different, Change in this case was not for the better.

I typically order two pizzas with two toppings on football Sunday. When any place has a special like this, I get 2 of the toppings on one put on the other and leave the other cheese. Well, they always seem to have a problem with this. They«can’t» do it. And why is that? Common sense to hard these days? Well, I won’t be doing business with this company anymore. I can’t deal with stupid people, nor stupid polices. Will be interesting to see how their corporate headquarters responds to my complaint. In a day where no one cares about customer service, I expect not much.

Ordered Brooklyn style pizza which is supposed to come with large slices. Mine was cut into small squares. I ordered the old style sauce which tastes better than the new sauce. Crust was tasty but toppings were sparse. As usual delivery was quick. If not for twofer Tuesday and all of the online deals I’d go elsewhere. Note to Domino’s management: if you want to raise your prices fine but don’t think you are fooling anyone with your delivery fees. I’d order a lot more if delivery was still free and the quality was there.

I know a lot of people have issues with Dominos, but I have to admit I’m a pretty big fan. It’s true, until about a year and a half ago, I never would have ordered it, because the quality was just not there, but now with the increase in sauces and toppings, and the improvement in crust, the unbeatable price is finally worth it. Pizza: I prefer the thin crust. It’s yummy and it isn’t overbearing. I tend to stick with the white sauce as well, and generally just load the pie up with veggies and maybe chicken. I try to stay away from the red meats at this point, and with all the new veggies and cheeses to choose from, it doesn’t leave the pizza feeling naked and boring. Plus, with 2X Tuesdays and all the good coupons, its not hard to feed 5 – 6 for under 30 bucks. Sandwiches: Love em. They aren’t healthy but they are packed full of flavor — Buffalo Chicken, garden veggie, chicken parmigiana… etc. All delicios and the bread is crunchy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. For five bucks a pop they are a good deal. Chicken Kickers — These are not very high quality but I gotta admit, they are like crack to me. Little soft chicken fritters with a buffalo spiced breading. Yum X2 — Too bad they’re kind of expensive. Not fantastic pizza but you’re finally getting what you pay for instead of being left with a WTF look on your face due to the previous crust quality that plagued them for so long.
