Trisha gets me! From my curly hair to my specific requests for color. You know it’s good when I get compliments for weeks after a cut or color. And she cuts my bangs in between. Love it!

I’m just updating my five stars, I did go back! I couldn’t find someone in Cleveland that I trusted so I waited until the holidays when I was visiting family in the area and made an appointment. It was awesome again so I’ll be making another appointment for when I’m home this summer!

Decent hair cut … but not for $ 50, and especially not if you don’t answer the phone half the time.
Karen does a good job with hair. I’ve been there a few times and she always takes care of me. That having been said … Karen, is it really so hard to have an actual phone and someone who consistently answers it? A) It eats up my time when you have to interrupt my hair appointment to take a call, and B) when I call for an appointment, half the time you don’t answer anyway meaning I have to go somewhere else. I don’t have time to wonder if you’ll call me back.

Karen Zadow has been doing my hair for years, and I am frequently complimented on both my cut and hair color. Due to a job change, I briefly tried a salon closer to my new office. The results were not as good, and it was at least 20% higher cost. It is worth my 25 minute drive to stick with Karen! She is talented.

I made an appointment with Trisha because she’s trained to do Deva cuts and knows how to handle curly and wavy hair. She cut my hair dry so she could see the curl pattern and shape the cut accordingly, then shampooed and gave me a great style. She is extremely friendly, generous, and offered lots of tips for styling and caring for my hair with its weird wave pattern. When I wanted an adjustment to the cut a week later (my hair is straight underneath and I needed that layer shorter) she trimmed it no problem, no charge. Wonderful experience. I will definitely keep seeing Trisha!

Had a great hair experience with Trisha Dawkins at Hair Muse. I was looking for a stylist that would do a great job with my spastic curly hair, and i found it! It was a total fluke that I found this place but I will be a returning customer for sure. Not only did she do an amazing job making my hair look great (and teaching me how to manage it at home) but she was very friendly and warm. Thank you!

This place is a hidden gem. I made an appointment on a whim and ended up MORE than happy with my results. I saw Tricia. She absolutely understands how to foil blonde hair evenly and gave me a cute trim as well. I had a few spots on my hair that were uneven from previous hair dressers. She was able to fix them up after only one time seeing her. They are flexible with appointment times becuase each hair dresser is a private contractor. Its a comfy environment on the inside. Not the typical «snooty» salon type of place. Definitely consider giving this place a try if you are looking for a new hair place.
