If you want to get frustrated because you have to explain, repeat, and repeat again… with little to no resolution, this is the office for you. The lack of ability to understand basic requests can not be handled by the receptionist, nurse and or manager. And if you question their inabilities, they blame everyone else then have the doctor will call you after hours and try to scold you. Make no mistake, I am all for standing up for the person that has been wronged whether that is the client/customer/patient or the staff. Dr. Hillis needs collect the FACTS, take a look at his inefficient staff and make more educated decisions about his business.
