Mark is a good man and a hell of a attorney will fight to get that ticket removed. He takes it personal and cares about his clients well being. I’ve had the opportunity to really sit down and have a one on one without all the lights and glitter and looked behind the mask and I seen he is what he says he is. I find that he’s a good man. I will always check with him first.

After over a week of waiting to get in touch with Martin, during which I called 3 separate times, two days apart, an assistant returned my call saying that she wasn’t sure of anything they could offer and referred me to another lawyer. Trying to be pro-​active with this firm is a waste of time. You’d probably have a better chance representing yourself.
I was referred by Mucklestone who, within 5 minutes, gave me a vast array of possibilities and scenarios. After I hung up I had a great scene of hope. All I got from Duschenholder was frustration and confusion.
If he’s representing you, I hope it’s for free. Actually, I’ve had better pro-​bono lawyers…

Martin is an outstanding attorney. He is caring, ethical, prompt, and fair. I received a speeding ticket for going 26 over and he got it completely dismissed! He is worth every penny. Thank you Martin! I will tell everyone I know about your amazing service! Connie in the office is amazing too!
