After seeing the comment that the owner put on my Unilocal review, I had to say that I spoke at length with my landlord and they were incredibly dissatisfied by the work that this company did. They told me that they would never use them again for that bathtub.

I have received services twice from this company. I have to say that I have been very impressed both times. I only wish I would’ve written a review 10 years ago when I first received the service. Plumbers and staff at the office were very responsive to my needs, were reassuring, gave me tips and tricks on how to reduce my cost, and responded to calls in a timely manner. Service techs were professional, courteous, and respectful. I will do business again!

No, Charly, you came to my house and fixed my shower head. And I really, truly, appreciate you making time in your day to do that, but the experience before (as we talked about, with your receptionist) was incredibly frustrating. I spoke to her (the third time that day? And about 4 hours after the guys were scheduled to show) for about 20 minutes, and had to really almost be mean on the phone before she even suggested that she could ask you to pop over. Again, I really appreciate you coming to help. I wish I hadn’t had all the previous experiences with her and the other guys not showing up to bias me before you came.

We’ve had Mitchel come to our house twice now to repair or replace fixtures and piping. Our house was built in 1928, so it has many quirks. Mitchel is top notch. The person answering the phone is very professional, and the service people interview you before they come to make sure they have all the right parts. I send them photos form my smartphone if needed.
The person arrives punctually or, they’ve called me an hour or more ahead of time to let me know they may be a bit late.
The work is done professional, it lasts and they clean up after themselves.
