Our experience with this business was very positive. Our carpets are now perfect again, and it was such a great deal.

Started with purchasing a great deal from a discount website. There were several criteria involved in selecting the company: Angie’s List rating, steam clean only, price, & served my zip code (98 391). I initially had to contact the company four times: busy signal, left voicemail, sent email, called and they answered. Their scheduling was very convenient and they came in 3 days later. They do give a three hour window in which they will come but will call about 20 minutes before they arrive. Though they do not move furniture since it is only one person, the gentleman that arrived to do the cleaning helped me move our heavy couch. He spoke with us about what has needed for the heavily soiled or stained areas. The extra agitator service was $ 45 more and only a 1m x 2m space was done. I felt he went took fast once he got started. It was only one quick pass, and I did feel like the water was actually «steam» cleaning. He also could have done a better job trying to suck as much of it up so it didn’t take so long to dry. We began walking on it with bags on our feet about 6 hours later with all of our fans and heaters blowing on it, and all the windows open. We could still feel moisture for another 30 hours. Some areas we saw no change, like the stairs, but the area cleaned with the agitator looked 10 times better. Overall we were satisfied, and the value was great. My three stars is almost completely for the guy that cleaned the carpets, otherwise I’d give two stars.

I was so impressed! The receptionist was very professional and answered my (many) questions thoroughly. The tech (Jerome) was on time, informative, and courteous. He even had me do a walk through before he left to make sure I was happy with his work. The price was great for the service. I will definitely use them again.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They made us wait around all day, and said they couldn’t come because they couldn’t get on the military installation. Maybe they should’ve figured that out first thing in the morning so we didn’t waste our day waiting around for these incompetent people.

Not to happy with this company. Which is too bad because the cleaning was pretty good. I am upset because they cleaner said a check would be easier so I have him one. This was on 7÷9÷13. On 7÷23÷13 the check went through, but only for $ 29. I thought it must have been an error and they will fix it. I got a call a week later saying that the bank said there were not enough funds. Well that’s total BS! At that time the check was cashed there was an ample amount of funds. So he said he would call the bank and talk to them. A week and half later, the check goes through again at $ 100.34. The total for the cleaning was $ 120.34 and I have now been charged $ 129.34. I know this is only over 9 dollars but over a month to cash the check? I will never use them again and told my friends after raving about them not to use them. Which again is too bad because the guy did a great job. I shoukd have just paid with my card. I am not a happy camper.

White carpet was in the rental we just moved out of and it is white again thanks to these guys!
