Went to the drive thru and when I looked inside the box it was wet and ripped at the bottom side, what worse was there was a nasty yellow-green color, I think it was a flem spit. It was gross… Went back to complain and the manager was rude didn’t even apologize. instead he said” oh the box was wet”.No wonder why ur employees are rude cuz that’s how u role.

The food is ALWAYS good and the employees are always smiling and joking with each other. Tonight I stopped by to get my usual and I was having bad. So I knew the biscuits would help me feel better, the cashier Raymon was so nice and friendly. I told him I wanted honey and ranch so he gave me a honey packets and sent me on my way. It took like three minutes for the food to come out and it was hot! So we’re heading to the vehicle and Raymon flags my husband down to tell us he forgot the ranch. Awesome! You don’t get that type of customer service anymore, I was impressed! And yes, the biscuits were fluffy and perfect!!!

If only… If only… there is Popeyes LK in Seattle area, trust me, I will be there at least once a week. I already love to go to Chick-Fil-A every week, but sometimes, I just want to eat plain fried chickens! Well, I mean, we have Ezell’s Famous Chicken nearby but Popeyes LK has different environment you know? It’s just a place that you can go for a quick dine-in meal so you can eat some good fried chickens and leave the store happily. For my meal, I ordered their 3 pieces of spicy chickens and I ate all the pieces to the bone parts, which is unusual of me. They were really good with ketchup and hot sauce. I also got the mashed potatoes, in which it was more flavorful, but different than other mashed potatoes out there although I liked it. I just wish that this place wasn’t too far so I can take my friends to try here, too. I was going to give this place a 4 stars for the food, but the lady who took care of my order did amazing job. She was really nice, friendly and helpful so I’m giving her another star for doing a great job :) Thank you!

Had the catfish with coleslaw dish or wtf they call it, pieces of fish are smaller than McDonald’s chicken nuggets. Too many blacker people who have rude manner. Will not be going back ever. Too blacker people!

Our first time at Popeye’s, and if we had one closer, we’d eat here all the time. Fast chicken that’s better than the Colonel. We were coming back from Long Beach and needed some lunch, so we stopped — but we were just a tiny bit short on cash, so they charged us the price for kid’s meals and gave us regular combos. I loved the chicken, the sides were amazing and the service was so very friendly! This place is wonderful if you are in a hurry, hungry and want an alternative to KFC

Great service from the whole team at this location. The cashier was very friendly when she took my order. I went to fill my drink, and the Diet Coke was empty. I filled my glass with sprite, and on my way to my table I mentioned to the front that it was out and they need to change it. I sat down and was reading my email on my phone. The manager came over and apologized and brought me a Diet Coke despite the fact that I already had a sprite. Once my food was ready, I realized they’d given my a 3 piece chicken, not strips. Slightly embarrassed to have to complain, I went up and let them know. They were super friendly and had it fixed within a minute. They even threw in an extra strip for The inconvenience. While I sat and ate, I watched three different staff members who consistently greeted people as they came in the door, «welcome to Popeyes!» Even when there was a line at the counter. It felt like a welcoming environment, which seems rare for fast food joints these days. I’ll be back!

Great customer service but food is nothing to get excited over. Popeye’s makes fast food chicken and that is what you get.

So another average chicken place. I did not notice anything particularly special here. Just another run of the mill chain restaurants. The spicy Cajun flavor no where close to being authentic. Prices a bit high and portions again average. KFC is better. The chicken gets hard real fast if you take it to go. My take you better get Olive Oil to start doing the cooking.

While I love Popeyes food… I have to give this place only 2 stars and will not be going back. I went through the drive thru. Ordered my food… went to the window and when the girl(probably 18 – 20) gave me my drinks and took my money she looked at me 1) so rudely 2)acted like she didn’t want to be there 3) acted like she didn’t like that I came there I literally almost said never mind give me my money back and I will go someone else.:except for the fact my son was extremely hungry. If you’re in customer service get it together.:too bad if you don’t like your day! Or the person… get over it!!!

Family was craving some fried chicken so we stopped by here. Came back home to find out they gave us less chicken than we ordered… called back and informed them of our little predicament. We came back the next day to pick up the chicken we didn’t get. We were only short 2 but the employees went above and beyond and compensated us with 4 big pieces of chicken plus a biscuit. Props for great customer service! One very satisfied customer.

5 stars for a great customer service experience. Popeye’s here tastes the same as the on the east coast; I have no complaints about the food. They were very kind and accommodating with substitutions. I will come back.

Their drive through speaker is painfully loud and the lady was laughing and having a conversation with a coworker. Smh.. Their chicken wraps are good and big for the price.

How I heard of this place: Having seen it on highway signs for years, I never even considered sampling the sailor namesake establishment until my friends Chris & Chris raved about the biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy on a trip down to Portland about one month prior. Type of cuisine: Southern fried chicken and catfish with all the fixin’s. Everything from mashed potatoes and gravy, to buttermilk biscuits and cajun rice, from cole slaw and red beans and rice to cajun battered fries. You want it fried, with a southern flair, you can get it here. Where the tradition of recipes passed down from generation to generation meets the all-American drive-thru.“Where authentic cooking combines with value. Where real food meets real fast.“ Ambiance: A fast food restaurant all around, the space is lit by fluorescent lights interspersed plastic tables lined with booth-style benches or plastic chairs. Order at the counter, await staff to call out your order number, take your tray to your table of choice. Windows surround the brightly colored red, orange and yellow painted walls and signage. What I ordered: At the recommendation of our dining companions, my friend and I shared the 5-piece chicken tender combo($ 9.95) with two sides(a biscuit and mashed potatoes with gravy). Two pieces of chicken, spicy and three un-seasoned, with a side of ranch and a side of spicy honey mustard. We were also given our selection of soda(Pepsi products). Another in our group ordered the two piece chicken dinner with the same sides and an additional biscuit. A third ordered the 3-piece chicken tender combo. And our last dining companion ordered the fried chicken wings, with biscuits(I assume, although they were gone when I arrived at the table). What I loved: I loved the buttery, flaky and warm biscuit the most of everything on our tray. The mashed potatoes were a close second, with«chunks of meat in the gravy». The spicy chicken beat out the original, as it had color, flavor and a small tinge of heat. Why I loved it: It was fast, it was greasy and it satisfied our quick need for food on the way back from skydiving in Shelton, Washington. Cost: Average($ 4-$ 8 for each meal)

This location is way better than the location on 6th. I can’t think of a time that we’ve ever left disappointed with our meal. The service has always been good, they have spunk and soul here, it can be entertaining at times, and we always feel welcome. I do think that the wait to eat inside always seems to be really long. The price for the portions are ok, it can be hard to feed a family of 4 for under $ 40, and for fast food, that can be hard on the wallet. The lobby and bathrooms seem to be fairly clean, but looking back to the kitchen area, always seems to be a little unorganized, and messy. We do like coming here, just not all of the time.
