I went in looking for a tv antenna and stood around without any help. There was one young man working the register but the older guy nearly tripped over me when he came out of the back office and a minute later went back to the office despite all the customers on the floor.

They’re more interested in ripping you off than helping you. I went in there with my father to get some wireless headphones for TV watching (he’s hard of hearing). The guy at the counter «highly recommended» an extended warranty for nearly $ 8 because «the rechargeable battery goes bad if you use them a lot.» We got the box home, and the battery wasn’t even included. My elderly dad spent his meager social security on a worthless extended warranty on false pretenses so that this clown could fill some sort of extended warranty quota, probably.

great service… ok i had a problem with my android phone called radio shack and told him if they could help matt told me to come on
i got there and he did a greatjob was professional and friendly. he called the store manager megan overheard him asking her for instructions to reboot my android took like ten minutes tops .i had insurance and prob would have had to send my android in for a week or
was stoked that matt went above and beyond to help me kudos. i will be going back to radio shack tks again guys
