My husband and I came in tonight at 6:30pm to get a sandwich. The young lady with tan skin, dark hair and glasses working at 6:30pm treated us like such an inconvenience. My husband and I decided to share a sandwich. When we got to our table and looked at what we had paid for we realized the woman did not even cut our sandwich in half so my husband had to rip it in half himself. Onto the next issue. When we decided our sandwiches were good enough to finally eat since we had to rearrange all of our own ingredients on our sandwich… We ate them. Only to find out that there was the smallest skimpiest line of tuna on our sandwich. So we pretty much are sandwich consisted of vegetables… To top it all off our table and floor were COVEREDINANTS. We asked for our money back and the girl treated us extremely rude and was completely annoyed to be taken away from her cell phone and then proceeded laughed at us for saying there were ants instead of physically coming out from behind the counter and threw, yes threw, our money back into my husbands hand. What a lousy experience. We practically made our own sandwich at this point and then had to share it with the ants. I’ve had a McDonald’s employee treat me better then this girl… Absolutely disgusting we will never come back to this location.

Standard Subway fare wrapped in a «memorable» neighborhood. Used to be a two or three times a week regular but have cut way back. The tables could be cleaner as could the soda pop bar. Had to wait two minutes to be helped by the guy doing nothing behind the counter. No other customers in when I got there. While waiting for my turkey sandwich another gentleman came in and asked for a water glass. Twenty-five cents each. The guy bought four and the money was plunked into the tip jar. There are better.

I would generally come here with my coworker once or twice a week. Generally pretty quick and super close, so it’s always an easy option to just swing in there and be back to work in under twenty minutes. I had a couple rough interactions with the manager here. An older lady(older than the other employees) with dark hair. She just seemed to want rush you through the line so quick that there was nothing pleasant about the visit. She would attempt to take four sandwiches through at a time, but have to ask which cheese you wanted, twice, which meat you wanted, twice, if you wanted it toasted, twice. Very repetitive and annoying. She was also a bit sloppy when it came to finally getting the sandwich completed and realistically, ten bucks for a sandwich my 5 year old, non-existent, brother could make and probably even look a little better. I actually contacted subway after one experience, but never heard back. I didn’t go in for a couple of weeks, but the urge to go back for a sandwich got to me and my coworkers nagging finally got me back to the store. Things were okay. We lucked out a few times and got to deal with some of the other employees. So after 4 – 6 weeks(I don’t keep track of things like this, lol) I get a call from the owner about my complaint. I was right in the middle of work and told him to call me back in twenty minutes when I was on break. My break goes by and nothing, but he tried calling back about two hours later. Sorry, ain’t nobody got time for that. So we go in again last week and get through the line. Of course, our super efficient manager is working the sandwich bar and she’s asking questions multiple times. I get through and I upgrade to the meal and ask for a small soda. The younger gentleman at the register hands me a larger one. So I say, «I said a small.» «Oh, we’re out of smalls.» «Okay, are you charging me for the medium or for a small.» «Well, you’re getting a medium, so I’m charging you for the medium.» «Why should I have to pay for a medium, which I don’t want, when you are the ones who failed to keep the small cups on hand.» «So do you want the medium?» «Ummmm, no, I don’t want anything, keep your sandwich.»
So I walk outside and look through my phone. Wait a second, I still have the owners number. So I call, he answers, I explain the situation and he says, «that’s not right, go back inside, I’ll pay for your meal.» I go back inside, the phone is already ringing, so I sit down and wait. After a minute, the guy at the register come sup and says, we’ll charge you for the small, sorry. I’m thinking, wow, really? So whatever, I’m hungry and irritated and this point. I’ll buy the meal, eat and get back to work. We dig in, sandwich is a joke, more so than usual. I posted a picture, you tell me if that is sandwich artist material? About five minutes later, the manager comes out and drops .22 cents on my coworkers table and says here is the difference and walks off. Wow, like that huh? So whatever, I won’t be back. The manager obviously doesn’t care about a two visit per week customer(actually two if you count my coworker) and I’m okay with that. There is a quiznos, honeybaked ham and arbys all within walking distance of that subway, so I think I’m pretty well set for the foreseeable future. At the end of the day, it’s the principle. The guy at the register could have made a super easy judgement call that I’m sure the manager would have been okay with. The guy questions the price of the medium cup and you say, «you’re right, sorry about that, small it is, duh!» I won’t be back…
