I always have a great time when I go to T-​Town! The dancers there are super welcoming, and the music and atmosphere are a ton of fun too!

T-​town Swing was even better than I expected. Easy to find location, easy to find parking, nice wood floors, just enough room to dance but not so big as to dilute the festive atmosphere, great music from a DJ that plays professional recordings that span a variety of styles while staying true to the roots of jazz, a sweet hostess, savory food and beverage, no cliques, no rockstars, and exceptionally good floorcraft (which is saying a lot coming from a tanguero). Sounds like I’m talking about a milonga, but no, this is actually a swing dance. If you live south of Seattle and like to dance to traditional jazz, this is the place to be on Thursday nights.
