Before I started working with Stephanie I wasn’t able to play sports because the muscles in my legs were so tight they would spasm with any quick movements and felt like they were one step away from tearing! :-(After just 2 sessions I was no longer having to sit myself out and they pain went away. I am still seeing her once a week breaking through all my old injuries and I’ve never felt better!!! I highly recommend treatments with Stephanie to anyone I meet. As a chiropractor I truly value soft tissue work and want to refer my patients to a skilled therapist. Thanks Stephanie for such great work :-)
