The car was in very poor condition and a nightmare to drive. I know they can’t control how other customers may abuse the cars, but the maintenance is Alamo’s responsibility. The customer service was lackluster, but the real trouble came when I tried to return the car. The process ended up taking so long that I missed my flight by 5 minutes. It took way longer than it should to even find an Alamo employee to take the keys. I won’t use this company again.

I really didn’t have an issue that wasn’t resolved. The first car I was given had stains and the manager said no problem have the young lady at the counter exchange the vehicle she did and move from Midsize to full. My only issue was that the car that it was exchanges for had a huge ant issue. I’m giving 3 stars because even with the issues I ran into they still wanted to give me great customer service.

Horrible customer service. My husband called to get them to help change something on a current rental and she didn’t want to deal with him and it was obvious she could care less. She hung up on him then he called back twice and she hung up on him again! Then he went to the desk and she left when she saw him coming and someone else had to go get her.
