This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts on earth. Let me explain why. I used to come here everyday about a year to a year and a half ago. I would go to the drive-thru and order a medium iced coffee with mocha. The drive-thru employees became super familiar with me and my daily companion, my dog, Dexter. They would give him treats or sometimes, even a plain munchkin, but don’t tell anyone! I’ve always been delighted with the service here, but more than anything. My heart explodes whenever I go to the drive-thru and my little pup runs to the open window expecting a treat like the little brat he is. A huge thanks to the employees at this DD for always making me and my dog’s day.

Only had a donut and it was actually pretty good. I wish they would make heart shaped donuts even if it isn’t valentines day

The drive-thru was very efficient, but the inside service is a little slower. The same exact thing that I ordered without a problem at the drive-thru yesterday caused confusion when I ordered it inside today. Eventually I got my point across it just took longer than I expected. I was just ordering an iced pumpkin mocha coffee. Didn’t know that was complicated, but it’s alright, I got it eventually.

This location is one of the only morning stops off of I-10, so it gets a lot of traffic from morning commuters. Stop in here any weekday morning and you’ll see how ill-equipped they are to serve anything but donuts. Specialty orders slow this location to a halt. Once I ordered a Coolatta and I think time stopped. Was I wrong for ordering something that required 2 steps to make? I guess so. A few issues are going on here. First, the drive-through is oddly placed for the north driveway. People coming off the freeway have to make a very tight turn and this usually results in the third or fourth car to just give up and park in front and walk inside. Once inside you’ll wait in line and see one cashier(and only one!) ringing people up at a slow pace. As if it wasn’t bad enough, that one cashier has to actually stop between orders to get what you’ve ordered. Some mornings they need to delegate the cash register to one employee and have another expedite the orders. I give this place 3 stars only because the coffee is usually spot-on. Ordering a sandwich or anything«new» from the menu tends to make you wait longer than you’d expect. Not sure if this is a Dunkin’ employee training issue or just this location.

This place is bad. We had a Dunkin in town before even though it didn’t make it the first time the customer service was much better than this place. There are 2 nice people that work there other than that everyone else is just rude. The muffins are good but the donuts just suck. They are dry and taste old. Hope you don’t need to be quick if you go there my average is 10 – 15 if I go and that is for just coffee. Good Luck!

The closes location we could find off of I-10 on our way out west. It was a small location and very busy for an early Saturday morning. After waiting in a long long that moved fairly slow, we were all extremely disappointed they were out of pumpkin munchkins and donuts(the whole reason we stopped). It wouldn’t have been so bad if the line wasn’t so slow. They had plenty of workers, but only one cashier who seemed to be doing all the work for the inside customers. Felt bad for the couples behind us when she left for 5 minutes on a pumpkin donut hunt(not sure why she couldn’t send another person to check?). Overall the facilities were clean and looked new, the service was just slow.

This morning(7⁄3) I stopped into this Dunkin Donut for my first time and was very pleased with the service. I only came for coffee and was provided information on the various coffee options. Service was friendly, helpful and fast.

I really enjoy Dunkin Donuts hazelnut coffee and their hash browns so this morning I decided to try the new-ish Dunkin near my house. I just left there and I’ll never return to that location. There were 2 single people in line when we arrived. I had a hazelnut coffee, toasted everything bagel with cream cheese on the side and hash browns. My companion had iced coffee and a ham and egg croissant. The«manager» took my order but I use that term lightly. It appeared everything went ok, no questions and our order was pretty straight forward. My companion got her sandwich which looked like it had been wadded up and thrown in the bag. The sandwich was falling out of the wadded wrapper inside the bag. Gross. The people after us start getting their food so I walk up to the counter. He’s making someone else’s food. He sees me and then pulls out a bagel to toast. It’s now been more than 10 minutes for a simple toasted bagel. I see him putting something else other than cream cheese on the bagel. I stop him. «My bad» he says. Another bagel. Clock hits 15 minutes. I look again to see him smearing a shit ton of cream cheese on the bagel. when the order clearly states on the side. I tell him that he’s making my bagel wrong and he asks if I want him to make another one. At this point I tell him«its already been 15 minutes, so no». He hands me the bag and there’s no hash browns. I tell him, I ordered hash browns as well. This is when this visit goes from crappy to super crappy. He says«You didn’t order no hash browns». I said of course I did. He then shoves the bag back at me, «Well I didn’t CHARGE you for no hash browns». Lovely grammar, that manager. At this point I’m fuming. He knows he made my bagel wrong twice. now he has the audacity to argue LOUDLY with me. At this point I ask for my money back. He grabs the bag off the counter and throws it into the trash with quite a show then proceeds to argue with me again. «I said I would remake your bagel». I tell him it’s been more than 15 minutes for a single toasted bagel. I don’t want to wait anymore. He goes back and forth with me several times and finally I had to say LOOKJUSTGIVEMYMONEYBACK. He hands me the receipt and cash finally and then tells me «Don’t be snatchin that from my hands». What trash Tallahassee has. now it appears the trash have jobs at Dunkin Donuts. Avoid this location! I’m calling corporate as well, I’ve never been treated this way by a fast food employee.
