I just received my $ 250.00 graduation photo package ordered for my son, I’m just not very impressed with the quality of the «overblown» 8×10’s. The cheap plastic frame with a plastic cover from China for $ 50.00! Shame on you! Next time I will just use my own photos because they came out a lot better. Never again! Lesson learned the hard way.

Wow what great customer service!
I received the wrong picture from a college graduationand they promptly fixed the error.
I also received a partial credit on my order which I did not even ask for.
The customer service rep. was polite and very helpful.

What a horrible company. Advertised a photograph with a matted frame. Frame we could have purchased from a dollar store and the matting was actually printed on on the picture, not an actual mat placed around a picture.
And though most of them probably are, just FYI for potential buyers, there is a 1×3 inch piece of tape on the back of the plastic frame: «Made in China.»

our son graduated from college this year, the pictures that Event Photography Group took were poor quality. the packages they had to choose from were unacceptable. I could not be more up happy.
