Seriously worst service ever. The people here are rude and incompetent. They blamed us for their lack of experience and kicked us out after an hour because their advisor couldn’t figure out our taxes before his next client. They then proceeded to jerk us around for over a week. Don’t waste you time complaining they don’t give a shit their fees are so expensive that they can afford to lose a few thousand customers a year. They should remove their tv ads cause they are as fake as the service they provide. Steer clear of this location. It’s the worst. Now over a week later we have to re file our taxes with someone who’s not stupid! Yay to getting taxes back really late cause H&RBLOCK is a JOKE!!!
