s a Business owner my internet is very important. I called them at to tell them my internet was down. They were unable to come out for a whole day after they said they would. I call them 3 times trying to get them to come out and they keep asking me for my cell phone number I told them to call. Then they call and leave a message on the office line. Poor communication and don’t trust them when they say business is important. ZACH supervisor (30 891)was not helpful and could give a shit.

Do they ever show up when they say they will? Ugh!!! Spent my whole Saturday waiting for a tech that was a no show after confirming appt. twice. Common courtesy is dead these days.
So frustrating dealing with this company, especially when their call center seems to send you to someone overseas whom I can barely understand. After being on hold for several minutes, the call was dropped, only to have to start over through the myriad of menu selections. Seems like this company is not too concerned about issues, since they are so large and competition is quite limited.
Hope your luck is better than mine.

When it works ok. Goes down a lot. Their installers like to run cables up against the house like you live in a trailer park. If there was a choice get another service. Only game in town so they don’t care to do a good job.
