I stay in Hampton’s weekly as I travel for work. This was by far my best experience. They truly went above and beyond to uphold their«100% guarantee» promise. Upon checkin, I received a call within the hour to make sure I was beyond satisfied with my room. I received a hand written card delivered right to my door the night before I checked out making sure they exceeded all of my expectations. I felt like they valued my business and I am blown away at their hospitality. Truly a «class act» and I’d recommend to anyone.

Hampton Inn consistent with brand expectations. Room is clean, and the breakfast complimentary. I really like the gym has free weights, towels, a work out mat, and a bench is in it. There is space for me to do my own workouts, and not just use the machines. Anti-bacterial wipes are also stocked in the gym, along with the towels. I do like the room check in option offered by Hilton. If you check in on your mobile phone, your keys will be waiting for you at the front desk. As a time saver it’s great in theory. In real life, I have to wait in line until other people are served to get my keys.. . so in the end, it’s not really a time saver at all.

My family stayed at this hotel for a funeral and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They allowed my family space to briefly meet and made sure we had a room to get ready in prior to the visitation. They also left a snack bag and beautiful sympathy card in our room. I have never experienced these kinds of wonderful, personal customer service touches at a hotel previously. They made our stay pleasant during a difficult time. The hotel was also very clean and conveniently located to the Sawgrass Expressway.

It’s my second time here. The employees are all super friendly. Rooms are neat and nice. The only thing I wish they had was a restaurant or room service.

Stayed as part of a large group for 3 nights. We were a family of 5 so I booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds in both. I confirmed the reservation twice. When we got to the hotel, we were told they did not have the rooms we reserved. They gave us a king and a room with 2 doubles on different floors. That was strike 1. Next gripe I have, is we needed an early wakeup call and they forgot in both rooms. Strike 2. The third thing that made me angry was we requested a late check out in 1 of the two rooms, this was requested twice upon making reservation and again on check in, I checked out of 1 room on time and reminded them that we would needed a late check out in the other room, they claimed they had no record of that, I almost blew a gasket. Strike 3. That all said the place was not a total disaster. The rooms were clean, and they were able to accommodate large groups for early breakfasts. Parking was easy and it was close to the highway.

just okay and bland… nothing blew me away about this property. The breafast was not good. The eggs looked like little marbles… and the waffle and syrup had a fake aftertaste… They only had one washer and one dryer in the guest laundry so I was up doing stinky soccer clothng at 12:00 midnight because it was being used by others during peak hours. It was in a good location and within 5 miles of most shopping restaurants… and I guess pretty dang close to the beach probably 25 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale. They have an outdoor pool that was too chilly for swimming… I think the carpeting in the halls looks like it could use a deep scrub as it was mostly turquoise and needed to be cleaned. I would stay here again as the rooms weren’t dirty and the sheets and bedding were clean… but I have had a more comfortable hotel bed/linens but I had a decent shower and clean bed to sleep in close to where I needed to be…

Very nice location, right off sawgrass expressway. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Took care of us while we were dealing with a personal situation. Stayed in 2 suites & felt very comfortable. Will definitely come back if need to.

I’ve never been a huge fan of Hampton Inn since I had bad experience in VA. So when I found out I was staying here I wasn’t really happy. Buuut, in contrary to my bias this place delivered so well. Staff was so knowledgeable and went extra miles to make my stay comfortable. Complementary breakfast was Meah but this is per Marriott residence inn quality. Hot food station with scramble egg and bacon, cold food section, and waffle machine. Room was tad dark, but perhaps that is how they keep room cool from the sun. Overall I was pleased with the experience here.

It is not common for me to give a hotel in my favorite chain a 3 star rating. I am a Hilton Honors member, and pretty loyal to the chain. I recently had an event nearby, which required me to book a block of rooms. It took several attempts to reach the person who was to handle that. I will not bore you with the details, but suffice it to say that she was completely lax about returning calls, and at one point, left me hanging for about 3 weeks(Carol). NOTHAMPTONSTYLE, ANDNOTOK! Finally, after having to get a bit forceful, I booked my block of rooms. By this time, however, half my guests had gone elsewhere. Next issue: booking the meeting room. I ended up paying more for the room than I would have if more guest rooms were booked, but that’s besides the point. After clearly explaining to Omar, one of the managers, how the room was to be set up, I figured I would be in good hands. That was not to be. Omar’s failure to communicate any of the information to ANYBODY, coupled by the fact that he was not there on the day of my meeting, created some problems. The person setting up the room had no clue what he was to do. Instead of being able to take care of my own responsibilities and prepare myself for the meeting, I had to stay there to give instruction and help in the setup. Had I not been there earlier, this would have been even worse, as the room would have been set up all wrong. I left a message for Omar, but am yet to hear from him, one week after the meeting. Corporate should be aware of this. Whenever possible, I like to end a review on a positive note. If you are planning a stay in the area, you would more than likely be very happy with this property. It is clean, comfortable, new and pleasant. The previous reviewer states a lack of places to eat. If you are walking, the area is not really for you. If you are driving, there are several restaurants to the east(some of which deliver), along with a grocery store and 7 – 11, all within a 3 minute drive. Sawgrass Mills Mall, with dozens of restaurants, is about 5 minutes to the south. Aside for for the bad service experienced with two people, and their mishandling of my event, this is a solid 4 star property.

Average Hampton Inn. Clean and cozy and brand new. Not many restaurants nearby. Barely any even close enough to deliver. Free breakfast. Free internet.
