This is a fantastic gym if you love weight lifting. It does not have the bells and whistles of globo gyms, but it doesn’t need it. Iron plates and never busy, three squat racks and there is always one available. Knowledgable staff and personal trainers that will help you and give you constructive criticism during your lifts. Great value for the price, and the owner is a very nice guy.

This is the best gym I have ever been too since starting a gym régime some 30 years ago crossing three countries — UK, Spain and the US. Friendly, no one tries to sell you anything but always helpful.
