Tony transported our tiara 3800 boat from Florida to California in January 2016. We weren’t there when he loaded it. We were there when he offloaded it. We noticed one prop was chewed up. He claimed he didn’t do it. We asked for pics of when he loaded boat on trailer and he said he didn’t have any up close shots of the props. The prop shop said in no way could it have been done in the water. It wasn’t like that when we surveyed it a few weeks before. He also chewed up the fiberglass on the bow of the boat with a hook and said nothing about that either. He took our healthy tip of $ 1000 and went on his way. What goes around comes around, good luck dude!!!

We booked and gave a 50% deposit through PalPal late September.
There were no reviews or complaints at that time.
I called, emailed and texted daily sine last week with no reply
The phone now goes direct to voicemail.
Tony was to pick up the boat yesterday.
Waited there all day with no show or call.
Filed a complaint/​disputed yesterday with PayPay and the Credit Card company.
Cops should not have a hard time locating him as any weigh station should be able to detain him, troopers usually are on site.
This is not good.
