Beef ‘O’ Brady’s

Called to arrange for a party of 8 and told they don’t reserve table. Went someplace else. Next time in I saw tables with «reserved» notes on them. I guess you have to know somebody. They always have an attitude if you have more than 4 in your party and are NEVER helpful. I have been there when they are busy and there are empty tables sitting there full of crap and no one cleaning them to accommodate waiting customers. I go to other Beefs because I like the food but this one, even though it’s blocks from my home, I now avoid entirely. Done with them !!!

Pretty good I loved the atmosphere. I enjoyed the food and the staff was awesome.

I’ve been to many Beefs over the years and this one is great! Clean, friendly staff, and the food is consistently awesome. My only complaint? It’s a bit pricey for wings and burgers. You can’t really have a good meal for under $ 10 and that’s a bit much for a casual, sports bar. But the food is great so give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

A golfing partner and I won some nice gift certificates to this specific Beef’s in a charity tournament and I’d openly like to praise the management at this store for their donation.
That manager’s business card was in each envelope with the gift certificates and he even came out to help me link to wi-​fi while I was in the restaurant.
Had absolutely no issues using the certificate. That sounds like a given, but trust me that sometimes it is not as simple as it should be at certain places.
Because the certificate was worth more than I would have spent had I dined in, I took a couple entrees home to get the full value and had a drink while I waited.
This is a total «old-​school» sports bar experience and I’ve honestly never seen TV’s set up on either side of the front door. Very unique and maximizing the space.
My wait was not long at all and my order was completely accurate when I got home to enjoy it.
I really enjoyed a turkey, bacon and guacamole sandwich that was new on the menu and the side salad I got with it was surprisingly fresh.
Nice job by the kitchen for the quality of my entire order and also to the wonderful Mariah, who was in charge of take-​out orders and took very good care of me.
I look forward to coming back with another one of our certficates at some point to grab a beer and try more of the menu.

This is a great restaurant to hit on a night no one wants to cook. We got the wings, pub chips and my daughter got a hamburger.
The food is above average and the wait staff is pretty good. This is just the neighborhood place to hang out and see some sports events, kick back and eat wings and pub chips.
The reason it is not a 5 is nothing really except that I don’t think they would say they are a 5. It is comfortable, reliable and a great price.

Great asset to Himes… Been there several times in the past few months and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and know their regular customers by name. They get pretty crowded when a big game is on but I have always found a table. I have been there for a couple of different events once for bingo night they had deals on beer and wings and gave away lots of prizes another event I went to was a paint party where we followed and instructor and painted along.
They have plenty of tvs and always have a game or race on… they have great pub style food on the menu. For appetizer my favorite is the pub chips with cheese bacon and sour cream. They are piled high and hot. Perfect for sharing my other favorite me u item is wings, the ones at beefs are awesome! Never frozen and great flavors. They are best if you mix the flavors… I mix medium and garlic park together to make one great sauce and I always order mine extra crispy that’s the secret to great wings!
If I had to complain about anything I would say that the sod cup they give you is huge and they fill it so full of ice that it waters the drink down way to quick. I always ask for only a ½ glass of ice when I order a Coke, otherwise I get Yuengling pitcher.
Great prices on food and drink. If your going to just grab a bite or going to hunker down and watch an entire game this is a great place to check out !

I just ordered wings here and they were by far the grossest wings and sauce I ever had. They tasted like a greasy mess. No joke. I’ll go to hooters or wing house any day over this place. You just lost three customers and We live five minutes away! What a shame. My husband and his friend couldn’t even finish em and they love wings!!!

The few times I’ve been here it’s been to order To Go. Every time I’ve walked in– in the middle of the day– and not been greeted by anyone. I wasn’t sure where to go, so I went to the bar. I sat there for five or ten minutes before the bartender even acknowledged me and gave me a menu. Last time I was here I only ordered two entrees to go, and it took over 35 minutes to even come out of the kitchen. So far it’s looking to be that way, again. The food here is great; sometimes a little greasy, but good for the most part. It’s just abundantly clear that they need more people. Either that or more things to do, because the entirety of the staff is just walking around very lackadaisical and with a look on their face like they’d rather be doing anything else. Kind of annoying to see this and have to wait every single time. I’ll only eat here if it’s the only thing around.

Its a good place, cheap beer and has natty on tap. Lots of tvs. The food is good for a bar kinda Restaurant like. It’s clean good place to meet up and drink.

Fine dining it is not, FUN dining it is! We love the staff at this Beef’s. We usually sit at the bar so we can get our beer faster, and to avoid the fairly frequent hordes of children! Just kidding, there aren’t TOO many kids. The pub chips are addictive. Lots of cheese and real bacon bits. My husband Sam drowns them in hot sauce. Speaking of hot sauce, theirs is great. We like the «hot» version and Sam has actually drank it with a straw. (I have photos!) After the chips and a couple dozen beer, if we are still hungry, we get extra wet extra crispy wings. Curly fries are good, straight are a better vehicle for more sauce. I eat only a couple, saving myself for my Reuben sandwich with no meat. So basically a grilled cheese sandwich, Reuben style! Try it, it’s delicious. On the 20^th of each month they hand out scratch cards, grand prize is wings for a year, but every card is a winner of some sort. My only complaint? The sign by bar where «occasion» is misspelled. Doh!

Came here super hungry to order a take out… Took them 10 minutes to just take my order. Bartender is super nice but it’s annoying having to wait. They clearly need more people on staff. Let’s hope the food is good.

Wings are great, but definitely ask for them extra wet. Onion rings are awesome! Service was good. The server gave me Diet instead of regular soda. Overall it is a good place to eat!

Overall Beef o Bradys makes good food. I only dined in once, and it was good service. Most of the times I just take out. The curly fries are amazing. The burgers can be a little sloppy/​greasy but the quality is very good.

This place is pretty close to our house, so I’m happy that I had a good experience and the food was pretty delicious. The server was polite & friendly, the food hot and fresh. I love their pickle chips and the Reuben was pretty good.

Well tried the Southern appetizer: 3 pulled pork sliders, onion rings & fried pickles. I was quite supirsed by the pork sliders, they were moist, flavorful and quite good. Onion rings were not seasoned, not even salt and pepper. The breaded pickles were lightly breaded and the breading was good, but bland, lacking seasoning and the pickles were sliced too thin. You would have no idea what you were eating if you didn’t know ahead of time.
Service was unremarkable, but restaurant was very clean!

Conveniently located across from the office I work at, this place isn’t half bad. Their wings are definitely good, and I did try their sangria. Overall this place is great to grab some drinks and a bit of chow after work with some coworkers but nothing about it really wows me.

Beef O’Brady’s promotes themselves as a family sports restaurant and pub, which is certainly a fair way of describing what you can expect. The first Beef’s opened in Brandon, FL in the mid-80’s and the owner filled the restaurant with TVs and satellite dishes so patrons could enjoy watching a vast array of sporting events. They also covered the walls with authentic sports memorabilia collected through the years. And as a final touch, the owner made sure a traditional Irish Blessing graced every menu, bidding good fortune and happy times to all who visited.
Today, Beef’s is one of the fastest growing restaurant chains in the country. Each restaurant sponsors local kids sports team, and they are heavily involved in helping their community. As a result each restaurant has a slightly different atmosphere depending on the sports interests of the local region.
This particular Beef’s is located in a small strip mall at the intersection of Himes Avenue and Busch Boulevard in NW Hillsborough county. As with most of the Beef’s you’ll find TV’s all over the restaurant tuned to various sporting games, matches, replays, and sports news programming. I saw a live golf event in Arizona next to replays of the previous night’s Tampa Bay hockey game, and a soccer match in Europe.
The restaurant has booth seating for groups of 4, as well as tables and chairs which can be pushed together to accommodate any-​sized group. There is also bar seating, and a large private party room which is great for birthdays and special events.
The food is a combination of basic pub staples, Irish specialties, burgers, wraps, sandwiches, salads, soups, and so on. A great place for a frosty Adult beverage as you watch your favorite game.

Another place that J (my 12 year old grandson — that’s him in the picture) will agree to go to. I usually get the hot wings. Not bad. Service is usually pretty good. This location doesn’t have a full bar but that’s OK for us. It’s convenient to home and doesn’t feel as crowded or dark as the one on North Dale Mabry.
