pretty dresses but poorly made. Received my $ 275 dress plus $ 25 shipping (which they sent to the wrong address despite the fact that I emailed them and told them my new one and received an email confirming they changed the address…) and it’s missing an eye hook and the zipper sticks. You’d think you’d get something with better construction after paying so much.
Dress did finally arrive at the correct address and staff seemed apologetic. Still not impressed with the dress or service.

Bella Bridesmaid literally made my wedding dreams come true! They took my vision and brought it to life. The staff and service were exceptional. They took care and time working with each of my bridesmaids even though most lived far away. They delivered as promised. I’d recommend this location to any bride. Bella bridesmaid can find the best match to make your day as beautiful as it should be.

We had a wonderful experience with Bella choosing our bridesmaid dresses! Even the bride got her dress here for her garden wedding. The atmosphere is personalized and a wonderful space with TONS of dresses and helpful staff. So many styles and colors! We just had the wedding this weekend and received oodles of compliments! I definitely recommend this shop!

I had the pleasure of working with Molly and her staff to order my Amsale bridesmaid dresses. I was worried that I would never be able to find the dress I was looking for because I was looking for a very specific color and style. I also had 11 bridesmaids so finding something that looked good on everyone was a task in itself. Bella was extremely knowledgable and professional. The staff helped me to find the perfect color and a gorgeous chiffon Amsale that complimented everyone. They were organized in keeping track of all 11 women and their sizes. Once I picked it out, I basically had nothing to do because they took the reigns from there, something every bride will appreciate in such a hectic planning time. I would absolutely recommend Bella Bridesmaid to anyone looking for dresses. There is not a better selection anywhere and I very much appreciated the customer service and experience.

I was very optimistic in coming here that there would be a great selection of bridesmaid dresses that maybe did not look like «bridesmaid dresses». But alas, they all are similar stereotypical dresses that you can only wear once to this one wedding and then you discard them in the ever-​growing pile of ugly bridesmaid dresses. I realize this is largely thought of to be the point of bridesmaid dresses — to make the bride look better in her dress, but I wish someone would change this… Anyways, the lady who helped us at Bella was very nice. I have no complaints about the service. I just have complaints about the selection and the prices. Everything that was $ 300 and up. For a dress you will wear once. Admittedly, the dresses seemed much better quality than your David’s Bridal dresses, but you’re only going to wear the dress once? You don’t need that high of durability for a dress you’re going to wear once.

You don’t have to be a bride or bridesmaid to shop here because there are so many dresses that don’t look like the typical, cliché bridesmaid apparel. Be sure to make an appointment and keep in mind that the dresses are made to order for you, so they take a couple months to come in. Fun place to shop with lots of options, from causal to gown fancy!

Bella Bridesmaids has given my bridesmaids a wide selection of designer gowns with color options that could match any wedding arrangement. The gowns are beautiful and unique. The online ordering is seamless. One of their wedding gown lines had an elegance that matched my esthetic perfectly and I can’t wait to wear my new Saja wedding gown!!! The experience was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you to the owner, Molly, who spent her afternoon helping us. I would recommend Bella Bridesmaids to anyone.

I gave it two star because Tina was very sweet and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot say that about the other staff member I spoke with. I hope a manager reads this and sees they need to do better job of training their staff when talking to potential clients. I am in two weddings and one of them is ordering from Bella Bridesmaid in Orlando since thats where she is. Btw they are amazing. My other wedding the bride does not care where we order from so i called Bella in Tampa since I live here to see about ordering through them. Tina was very sweet and gave me information but I asked her about getting a discount since I’m ordering from Bella in Orlando. She was not sure but said she would find out and call me back. The girl who called back the following day (not Tina) was so rude. And I actually spoke with her before when I wanted to see about trying on dresses for the first wedding and was also unpleasant then. I understand the stores are separate but that does not give you the right to be rude. That’s a whole other story! Anyway, she started by saying «so do you need a fitting or trying on or what?». And as I tried to explain Tina was just seeing if I could get a discount she jumped the gun and said «well if you have already said your buying from orlando we’re not going to take that order because it would be unethical». Who says that?! Firstly she didn’t understand what I just said. Secondly, she was acting like I was pushing her to give me better deal and I would buy from them, which is not what I was doing at all! I explained again the conversation I had with Tina and she said «I know I was apart of the conversation». If that were the case why did she call asking about a fitting?!? Then she followed that by «well what discount do you want, what were you looking for? Like how much off do you want? What type of discount were you expecting?» People this is not an exaggeration! I was shocked to the point of not being able to speak. I was done and said I wasn’t interested in purchasing a dress from them based off this conversion. I think at that point she may have understood I was offended by how she was talking to me and was all «Ok! Let us know if we can help you with anything, were here!!» Yeah, no thank you! The funny thing is that even if there were no discount I would have still ordered from them. It was just a simple question. She could have said «yes we give discounts for blahblahah but in this case we can’t because you’re ordering your first dress from a separate Bella that is not affiliated with ours». Boom done. Calling Olgas.

While my three star rating may seem a tad harsh given my review, I chose this rating because I have experienced better. They were a far cry from terrible, and the two star description fit my experience best (two Unilocal stars = «Meh. I’ve experienced better.»), but I didn’t feel like a two star rating was justified, so I bumped it up to three.
I recently purchased an Alfred Sung bridesmaid dress from this Bella Bridesmaids location for an upcoming wedding I am a part of. While I have not visited this store in person, I have communicated with them over the phone and via email.
I am quite impressed with their customer service — both girls that spoke with (different occasions/​different reasons) were very friendly and helpful. I have nothing negative to say here, as my limited experience proved to be a positive one.
Where my opinion of this business took a downturn was when the dresses arrived.
First, the dresses were not delivered steamed, but rather wrinkled and disheveled. Clearly they had been taken straight out of the box. It is possible that they have a legitimate reason for not steaming (assuming it will need to be altered, etc), however, I do expect a little more care from a boutique such as this, especially when the dresses are in the $ 200+ price range. It was just a surprise to me, and seemed sloppy.
Second, they placed an order for the wrong dress of our sweet little junior bridesmaid. While they do make customers ‘sign off’ on an order, which the bride did, they could have been more conscientious and careful when the initial order was made AT the store. A bride has a billion things on her mind and on her plate — I can’t blame a bride completely (no matter who it is) for not noticing the error. As this was the brides experience and not my own, I will keep my comments to a minimum here.
Also, because of their hours and their commitment to quality customer service for in-​person shoppers, they are not always easy to get a hold of on the phone.
TL;DR: I like Bella Bridesmaids, but I do not LOVE them.

Awesome awesome store. I am so happy that I found it because it is very new and not a lot of people have heard about it. I found Bella Bridesmaid by finding a dress that I liked online and then researching which stores carried that dress. Molly Warfel is the owner of this particular Bella Bridesmaid and she does a great job. The store is adorable and the lines of dresses she carries are cute enough to wear every day, let alone as a bridesmaid in a wedding. Her collections include Amsale, Lula Kate, Jenny Yoo, and Lela Rose. I feel bad for Molly because she had to put up with me trying on all of the dresses in the store because they were all so cute, I couldn’t choose just one! They have the most comprehensive, stylish collection of BM dresses in Tampa.
If you are interested in visiting the store, you do need to make an appointment beforehand. It is mostly by appointment only. But I promise you, it is well worth scheduling it! I am so happy with my BM dress selection and even bought another dress in another style for myself!
