After receiving my order at the drive thru I took a couple of minutes to put away my change as no one was behind me. I was admonished by the drive thru attendant as I guess I put their timer into the red. Which I am guessing negatively impacted true KPIs. Please accept my apologies store manager and team members.

I’ve never been dissatisfied with Dunkin Donuts coffee and today’s visit to this fairly new location on Kennedy blvd was no different. Convenient parking exists and is a huge plus. I would actually say that this is one of the most convenient spots in all of Tampa for shopping as well. Employees were great and the store was clean. Best time to come is at nighttime when business slows down. They have chairs outside you can sit on. My only minor gripe is that I wish it were open very late into the night because this seems like a great location for those kind of hours. Another interesting thing about this location is that they have car charging stations here to charge your electric car if you have one. Surrounding area is peaceful and quiet so you can fully enjoy youtlr coffee outside.

I got to dunkins because I LOVE my iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar. I’ve been to other ones around this area but this is the only location that can’t seem to make it right. It tastes bland and sour compared to what I i usually taste and it’s disappointing to drive away and not have what you want, especially on a busy morning. The last time I came to this location, they messed up both my boyfriend and my order and we couldn’t even fix it because it was a busy morning and we needed to get to school. The staff don’t even seem like they care either. Terrible.

Called in an order for two boxes of joe last night so I could swoop through and pick them up at 5am. I ended up being 15 min late and still had to wait another 10 min for my coffee. I think what made it worse was there was no one in the drive thru, I was the only one in the store besides 3 staff members all sitting around in the chairs in the customer area… Playing with their phones and laughing to themselves. All that man power and my coffee was still 25 min late. I won’t be returning.

Today was my first time coming here as it’s fairly new and I didn’t want to deal with potential lines. It was so fast, friendly service, and coffee was great! There was a line back up from next store that interfered with pulling in which was annoying but by their fault. Will go back!

This is the best doughnut place in South Tampa! Service was outstanding, unlike the dump next door. Tom the manager was very courteous, I saw some of the past reviews I think they must be writing them at Starbucks to keep from losing so much business. Just my opinion.

This Dunkin Donuts is an extremely welcome addition to the area. Juxtaposed to Starbucks on the ever-bustling Kennedy Blvd. it’s just what this area needed. I’m still in awe that a DDs opened walking distance to where I live. For years I have been pained to visit the one attached to a gas station on N. Dale Mabry or the not-so-great location off S. Dale Mabry(near Britton Plaza). Growing up in Massachusetts I became accustomed to DDs coffee and having a Dunkin Donuts in every area in a town or city I traveled. It’s almost unbelievable to me that it took so long for them to crop up in great locations in Tampa considering how many transplants there are down here. Every time I’ve visited this DDs via the«Drive-thru», my experience has been pleasant. Friendly and helpful servers are quick to get cars moving through the line and out to enjoy their caffeine laden beverages, snack, or sweet fix. I like that you can enter the drive-thru easily from whatever entrance you are approaching from – great design! I have yet to venture inside however the store is new and I’m sure awesome inside. There is a nice patio with tables out back where I frequently see patrons enjoying the weather, their bounty from DDs, and working on their computers. Well done, Dunkin Donuts!

I read all the reviews, since my friend had asked me to meet her there for coffee one morning. I didn’t want to believe the reviews. I love Dunkin Donuts and I didn’t think it was possible for a place to be this bad. I was wrong. I walked in just a little bit before 11 a.m. and waited at least 5 full minutes before are young man came out from the back and asked me if I had been helped. When I told him no, he looked at me, turned around, and vanished back to where came from. A minute or two later he we emerged and greeted me with a what can I get you bro? I ordered a culata light, he took my payment and then yelled back the order to another girl to make it. The girl replied what is a light? Why would someone want a light? He explain the difference with skim milk and no whipped cream. Dumbfoundead the Girl whipped something together placed it on the counter and walked away. I drank the drink, it seemed a little bit on the sweet side, and it certainly wasn’t made with love. The only redeeming part about this Dunkin Donuts is that there is plenty of seating. My guess is there is plenty of seating here because the service sucks that bad. I would avoid this place at all costs. Unless you plan to just come in and use Wi-Fi and the seating without expecting to be helped, or served, with any degree of respect or professionalism.

I only gave this location one star only because I couldn’t give it no stars. My order was about as simple as it gets — a small cup of coffee with cream and two spendas. My order number was #391. After about 20 minutes of waiting, this is starting to resemble a bad Italian movie, and I want to see how it ends. Other people come and go, and yet my single, solitary cup of coffee still hasn’t been served. Perhaps I’m invisible, however other customers excuse themselves to get around me. Once my cloak of invisibility wears off, the staff notices me but seem confused and can’t find my order. They finally serve me a cup of coffee after I give them my order and order number. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, such as while you’re appealing a death sentence, or preparing for a martian expedition, then skip this location.

Our first time inside ordered 2 lattes & a breakfast sandwich. I used my perks app to pay and my order came out fast, hot as expected. The dining area is large, clean, and bright with lots of Windows for natural light.

Although my wife and I were happy to see a DD move in so close to downtown, we have been to this particular location at least a half dozen times and the service continues to get worse. Especially this morning. Stopped in for two coffees, a doughnut, and a sandwich, and you would have thought we asked the whiz kid behind the counter to perform quantum physics.(hint: basic math is gonna be essential to get through life junior). Not only did we wait almost 15 minutes to get our simple order,(with six people working behind the counter.) but we watched in amazement every other order besides ours get screwed up, or just not made. After waiting I asked the girl, who looked me in my eyes five times at the pick up counter for a solid 15 minutes yet chose to ignore me, if my order was done, and she immediately copped an attitude with me. Yep you guessed it, our order was wrong! While waiting we also heard four of the six have a argument over who should be making coffee, and other things(apparently, having a even half dozen gang tattoos is a prerequisite at this particular location. WORSTDUNKIN’ SERVICEEVER!

This has got to be the most dysfunctional DD I have ever been to literally from coast to coast. I drove up to the drive thru at 10pm and I waited and waited and waited so I figured that they were closed so I drive around and looked inside I seen that they were open so I parked and walked in. I stood at the counter and again I waited and waited so I asked the guy who I think was an employee counting his cash drawer litterly using his fingers(I’m not being sarcastic) are you open he said uh oh I’m sorry yes we are. I ordered two cups of coffee a dark roast and a regular then a lady comes from the back area tells him you can’t ring him up on this terminal so he walks away and starts to count his cash drawer again. So the lady comes to me and says what did u want so I reorder my two cups of coffee. To my horror she goes to the coffee pots picks up a metal pot and puts her hand on the bottom to see if it was warm u can see it was almost empty because the pot was real lite in weight she then sets it on counter to get to cups I stopped her and said what are u giving me she said your coffee I said well if your don’t have fresh or even semi fresh dark roast I’ll take two regular coffees she looked like she didn’t like what I had to say so I told her don’t worry about it and walked out after waiting 26 minutes. I hope they put a manager to help the new employees out

New store with plentiful parking and easy access, unlike the Starbucks next door. Have regular DD menu which includes lunch items. Prices are very reasonable for specialty coffee drinks. Try the vanilla chai tea for $ 2.09. There is a large seating area that includes sofa and lounge chairs.
