They never showed up… TWICE!!! I booked them to clean the morning of an event that we had planned at our home. They were scheduled for 9am, by 9:30am I called to see where they were and they rescheduled me for 3:30pm that same day since they couldn’t show up in the morning. By 5pm I was running around cleaning up as best as I could while setting up for our event… and calling them again because they never showed up AGAIN. And on top of it, they never called me back after not showing up the second time. DO NOT USE them if you need a reliable company.

I was looking for someone to clean my house on a regular basis and «Living Social» deal from Express Cleaning of Tampa Bay came handy.
When I called to make an appt, the guy told me that it might be 2 people to come to clean my house, not one. This will take less time with no compromise on quality of the job. I agreed with him, as long as job done well. ONe day I came home, and my husband said that cleaning people were here. I was surprised because it wasn’t the day of our scheduled appt. I LOOKED AROUND AND IT WASN’T A PRETTY PICTURE! Some of the areas were cleaned and some of them not! ONLY KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM, AND PARTIALLY MASTER BATHROOM was cleaned but not my office and upstairs rooms! My house is just under 2000sq. f, and always tidy and neat. It doesn’t take long to clean it. The owner told me that these two young boys (!) just ran out of allotted time (1h30m). I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN QUALITY of the job AND HOW THE OWNER HANDLED MY COMPLAIN. I would NEVER use them again!

OK, Well the owner gave me 3 free cleanings to make up for the horrible first cleaning exp I had. I really appreciate that and thank it was above and beyond what any other cleaning service would have done to make amends. Thank you.
