Mattress Firm Westshore Palms

Great experience and very nice salesman, he even gave us two free pillows ($ 139 value each)! Most of their mattress are not cheap so if you want that go to Rooms-​To-​Go or Walmart but if you want quality choices then go see John.

If you are looking for a decently priced mattress set and good service, RUN!!! Run far, far away from this store. My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress set (upgrading to a king size from a queen) and decided to stop here on a whim since we were in the area. Neither of us had ever been into a Mattress Firm before, so we really didn’t know what to expect. We got there around 7pm, about an hour before closing, and it started out well. The setup of the store is nice. The salesman (I wish I could remember his name) started by having us decide what level of firmness we preferred and then directed us to several different beds until we found one we really liked. That’s when everything went downhill. After finding out the price, which was about 3 times what we were looking to spend, we asked if he had anything similar that was a little closer to our budget ($ 600 – 800). He then pointed out a mattress on the wall– one similar to what you would buy at Walmart for $ 100 and [very rudely] said this is the only thing we were going to find in our price range anywhere.
We asked to talk it over privately no less than 3 times and he would never leave us alone. We walked to the other end of the store to have some privacy and he followed us. Every time we would speak to each other about the pros/​cons, he would chime in– obviously trying to get a sale. After about 20 minutes of this I decided I’d had enough and we left.
This place is so ridiculously over-​priced and the service is awful.
I will never be back in another Mattress Firm, especially this location. If I could leave no stars on this review I would.
By the way, we went to American Freight right afterwards and purchased a nice pillow-​top mattress set for $ 568 that was just as comfortable. Even better, the service was amazing.
