Quality Plus Cleaners

Worthless! I could do, and will have to do, a better job pressing my suits than this place.
Brought two suits to be dry cleaned. They came back looking awful. Took them back the next day and was promised better service the second time around. Not only did they come back the same, they tried to charge me again. It’s a week later, and I will have to spend my time trying to make these clothes presentable, when I should be preparing for the events the I have to attend. Thanks for nothing.

Wow! The prices here are two to three times higher than most competitors.
Sorry. There are lots of places that are within a few blocks that do a very nice job at a reasonable price.

I went here to have some alterations done on a garment. I gave them a week to complete the job, which was a minor alteration. I actually do sew, but just didn’t have the time to do it myself. I went to pick it up a day after the job was supposed to be completed and it still was not done, which was a Friday. I went back the following Monday to pick it up and the girl looked it up in the computer and said it wasn’t done yet. So she went to the alteration girl, who went into the back and miracle of miracles, she had it on a hanger all ready to go. So before I paid for it, I checked to make sure the alteration was done. They never did a thing to it, but wanted to charge me for the alteration! I pointed this out and she claimed she did it. I showed her that I could tell that it hadn’t been done and told her to just give it to me and that I would take it somewhere else, which I did.
Claiming to have done a service which wasn’t done, but charging the customer for it anyway is FRAUD, isn’t it?

I’ve quit using them altogether as they tend to destroy or lose clothing. I would recommend finding a cleaner where ownership is actually involved. The staff is usually nice tho which is the only reason I stayed with them this long.
