I didn’t care for the dentist’s bedside manner. Also, I had to have another dentist work on the same tooth as I had his dentist work on, as I starts to have discomfort again. I do not plan on going back.

I was referred to Dr. Diez by a good friend who has been going to him for some time and can never say enough about how wonderful he and his office staff are. A recent change in my dental insurance made it possible for me to give them a try.
Normally I wouldn’t write a review about a dentist but after my experience I felt compelled to.
Dr Diez and his staff were the best dentist I have ever been to and I have been to some posh dentists in NYC and they don’t even compare to the overall friendliness, professionalism, care and concern that I received today at their office on W. Kennedy Blvd.
Everyone at his office was exceptionally friendly, they honestly make you feel like they are there to help you and not like as in most dentists I have been to in my life that are more unfortunately concerned about their bottom line than what’s best for the patient.
I as most people fear the dentist and usually put it off until I am in pain and scrambling to find a dentist for fast relief. My first visit was mainly for X rays and a check up and cleaning, sounds simple enough but as in the past, even those procedures have been painful.
My experience today went flawlessly without the slightest discomfort and during the procedure Alicia the super friendly hygienist was constantly attentive to make sure I was not experiencing any pain.
If your looking for a new dentist or if you haven’t been to the dentist in too long, I sincerely recommend calling Dr Diez and his staff, I assure you won’t be disappointed and you too will be here sharing your great experience as well.
Parking is a bit tight upfront and can be difficult backing out on to Kennedy Blvd, but they do offer parking in the rear as well.
