Raydiance Helio Spa & Wellness Center

This unique spa and wellness center is a healing oasis in the middle of Hyde Park. After braving the rush hour traffic in downtown Tampa and the construction along Cleveland Street, I stepped into the front door of their charming cottage and immediately my mind was at ease. It’s either the refreshing smell from all the aromatherapy products or the feng shui from the creative placement of a clothing & jewelry boutique in the lobby that gives you an instant lift as you enter the lobby/​living room. Ahhh, if only they could bottle that incredible energy in the air and sell it along with all the other interesting products on their shelves in the lobby. Then I could take «Raydiance» home with me and to work with me and have it be in my life all the time. But I guess that is all the more reason to visit more often.
On my last visit, I relaxed in the hydration station for 20 minutes, followed by the spray tan. Whatever they use in their natural tanning solution (I think it’s beet juice) gives me the best natural color. In past visits I have also had an awesome chair massage by Matthew and attended one of his reiki meditation sessions over in the wellness center next door.
Next up will be an appointment with Dr. Pagani for acupuncture. They have a PAPIMI device that zaps your back with nanopulse signals. I have had this treatment before and it really helps with back and shoulder pain.
If you get a chance to talk to Sandra, the owner of the spa, I guarantee that you will leave as a much more enlightened person. She is extremely knowledgable and passionate about a variety of holistic health topics and has a very engaging way of explaining these concepts to make them easy to understand and always focuses the topic on your own personal needs.
I never feel rushed when I am at Raydiance. They seem to genuinely care about their clients’ wellbeing and giving them a comfortable experience. If more people knew about this place there would be a line down the block.

I have only been here in the mornings and the parking lot is accommodating although not sure how parking is for classes.
I have come here for acupuncture for two sessions over the past four years. The first time for carpel tunnel feeling in my wrists. Healed and no pain since then four years ago. This time I went for allergy relief that I haven’t been getting from meds and for sinus congestion. Healed, I can breathe again! I’m a believer in the acupuncture and will continue to come here for whatever issues can be fixed in the future as well.

The best spray tan in Tampa. I have been going here for 5+ years. Sandra the owner is the sweetest person you will ever meet! All of the people who work there are so easy going happy– it’s definitely a calming environment that welcomes anyone and everyone!

I am not a big spa person, but this place changed my mind. Sarah B, being the lovely friend that she is, bought me body wraps before my wedding to help me lose a few inches off of my waistline. When I came to Raydiance the first time, I was impressed by the décor and I loved all of the cute clothing that they have for sale.
As for the body wrap — it is not comfortable by any means. They basically hook you up to heating pads and you sweat out water weight. I tell ya what, I felt good the next day though. Just make sure you eat a lot and have a lot of water before you go.
I ended up deciding to do a spray tan, which I had never done before. I was really nervous about it as I am as white as a ghost, but it turned out great!
The staff here is really awesome and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Raydiance again for my spa services going forward!

Went for a relaxation massage. It was great. Atmosphere was peaceful. There was some talking, in the other rooms and hallways. But after a few minutes it became silent. I scheduled last minute and still was able to get in. Staff is very professional and kind. Would recommend this place.

I adore this place! I started going there a few years ago to tan (try not to judge me!) but I have become a loyal customer of many of their other services. I get my Vitamin B shots from Ellen and get acupuncture from Rose. They have a small business coziness with so many offerings, I am always surprised to hear what they are doing next.
I absolutely love this place and have recommended it to several of my friends (including my fellow Unilocalers!).

I started tanning at this place on a recommendation from a friend. I typically have tanned at their competitor located across the street and I will say Raydiance has definitely been a different experience. One thing that I like about this place is they offer tons of other spa services and the place is very large. They also have a second building where they offer acupuncture and other medi spa services. Monthly tanning is pretty much the same price as every place in Tampa (around $ 40 a month). The staff is really friendly and helpful. This place has more of a calm/​relaxing feel when you walk in and everyone is really laid back. One thing I will say that I have really enjoyed about this place is I have never waited. There are never tons of people sitting on top of each other when I come in and I have also been able to tan the second I walk in.

It doesn’t get better than this. And it’s affordable !
The community acupuncture is $ 25. They do weight loss, healing workshops, drum circles, tanning, spa, psychic workshops, workshops on eating healthy… you name it. Sandra is the most kind and intuitive woman you will ever meet in your life and she really cares about the community and her clients. She works very hard and has a heart of gold. Everyone here is so kind and they are always there to talk to if you need someone to talk to.
Not to mention the sweet monks that come as special guests to talk about living a happy lifestyle sometimes :). and I even learned how to do Reiki there !

Big fan of this place! Really pretty (albeit a bit hidden from the road), but really nice, clean & adorable! Everyone is so well-​informed, helpful & full of smiles. Went for tanning, definitely will return for something else soon!
