Staples the Office Superstore

I handed the clerk a one page print out of a blueprint. ONE PAGE. He tells me to come back in an hour. It is standard industry pratice for them to make customers wait because it forces them to hang around, browse, and ultimately buy other things in the store.
I knew it was a scam, so i refused to bite. I hurried out and went to the mall across the street to do some meaningful shopping. As luck would have it, they still got a piece of me. Parked at Citrus Park Mall, went into a store, as soon as i get into the dressing room to try on a shirt, they call me to bring my USB drive back. They’d «accidentally» failed to copy my file. If they weren’t scamming and printed right away when i first walked up, this «accident» would not have occurred.

Such a ripoff! Went in there to fax 7 pages to a toll free number. They charged me over $ 14 cuz and I quote it’s a long distance number cuz it’s not an 813 area code. umm yea it’s toll free so it’s still local!!! I’m never using this store again! They need smarter staff!!!

I came in looking for a lap desk for my lap top computer. In a store the size of Staples, I thought there might be a selection. Sadly there wasn’t. There was One. ONE in the whole store.
The store itself was… It was rather depressing to walk into.

Staples is my go-​to store for all office supplies. I generally will buy printer cartridges and paper from one of the big discount clubs, but everything else comes from Staples. The selection in the store is tremendous, but the customer service is spotty (they got dinged a star for that). It’s best to know what you want, and have some idea where things are located or else you’ll wander the aisles for a while before an associate will offer to help.
They generally have everything in stock, and if not they will offer to order online and ship to you or pickup at the store.
I’ve used their in-​store copy center in the past, but found them to be so-​so on quality and service.
Stick to the office supplies, and you’ll be fine.

Shipped a package by UPS and Staples is a registered location, this store accepted my package with a tracking label and bar code scan.
Checked the tracking number 3 days later and they never shipped it and cannot find it anywhere, incompetent at best.
