Tampa Bay Radiation Oncology

First time here and although we waited about an hour past our appointment time I believe it was well worth it. The nurse (Trish) was excellent, funny and put you right at ease. She sure made you feel like you were her priority and spent lots of time gathering information. When Dr. Koval came in he also took lots of time and fully explained everything. Being informed when someone in your family had a cancer diagnosis is critically important and we sure felt informed. All options were discussed with recommendation for the first line of action.
We never felt rushed despite knowing there was a waiting room full of people. We were there a little while before and certainly appreciated the wait knowing he was spending sufficient time with all his patients.
The road ahead may be bumpy but this physician and nurse will do everything to make the journey as good as possible and give you the best customer service possible.
