This jackal and Hyde of event Venues is a curios place to frequent. Going for a concert? A drink? To enjoy the view? Great! I will give it four stars. It can be welcoming and fun, a great place to bring the family to play, drink beer or dance the night away. But if you are actually planning to host an event here you better be ready to deal with problems, personalities, and general frustrations with the ktao management. Big bucks, not much bang. Be very very specific and clear with contract negotiations, put everything in writing because they have short memories. I would explore every other option in town first before renting out ktao.
