Princess nails has the lesser wait time than other places in Taos. I thought perhaps that was an indication of poor quality, but I was pleasantly surprised. My French gel manicure looks exquisite and was done with precision and in good time.

Horrible experience! We were staying at Taos Ski Valley, and the resort didn’t have a nail salon at the spa. So we ventured into town to do a little shopping and get our nails done. We asked one of the restuarants the best place to go, and this was their number two pick. We show up, and only 2 people were working. We had 4 in our group, so we didn’t expect it to be quick. Two of us were seated for our pedis, and the water was ice cold! We requested new, warmer water. Lets just say it was warmer, but not hot by any means. So the tech gets started, and I realized the tools he pulls out, they do not come out of a sterile package, but a school pencil case. I ask if they are sterilized. He says yes, and then drowns them with alcohol. I knew right then, I did not want those tools on my feet. I requested just to paint my nails. So if you are in TSV and in need of a pedicure… just wait until you get home.
