I am an avid customer of dunkin dounts. Every time I go I am hoping for a better experience, giving the benefit of the doubt. I suppose it doesn’t help that the staff consists of mostly teens that have never been in the service industry and have zero experience with a cash register. For the same order I am always presented with a different total. There are times I may decide to order a breakfast sandwich which causes some sort of chaos and my request takes more than 15 minutes and is usually overlooked and I am asked what my order was over and over while i patiently wait for food that is less than satisfactory… and yet I still try. To be honest I really wish I could enjoy dunkin but, at the tarpon location they are poorly managed and under educated about how to handle high volume or just a basic order in general. It’s sad cause I love dunkin donuts but I cannot enjoy it at this location.

Just a terrible experience. Just because youre on a timer that doesnt mean you can tell your customers to order sandwiches first because they are longer to make. Yes you did hit your turn around time but service wise you failed. Just terrible. Will not go back.

I go to this location every morning. And when they all know how I take my iced coffee. This morning when I went. The lady running the register ignored that I ask her to water it down. She made it so strong I couldn’t even drink it. Then the manager remade my iced coffee and then it was to sweet. So when I got to work I had to put more water in my coffee. They really need to pay attention to there customer’s needs.
