Our air conditioner stopped working on a 90+ degree day last week. I found them in the penny saver. They were among 5 companies that I called. They were the only one who came immediately and were very professional. They worked for hours trying to fix the problem. It was finally diagnosed as a new motor. They ordered it, installed it and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was very fair. I would use them again and have recommended them to our friends.

Lifetime gets one star for the great customer service received during the initial contact (setting up appointment, etc.). However, the technician did not show up for the appointment to optain a quote. A second appointment was arranged, this time the technician arrived on time, walked through the rooms, and out the backyard (which took him at most 5 minutes) then left and said he would contact us with a quote. He never looked into the attic space or asked what type of unit we are interested in. He didn’t ask where we would want to place the condenser or gave us options. There was no dialogue at all. Now it’s been almost a week and we have yet to hear from anyone regarding a quote. We will not use Lifetime if it’s the best quote we get.

Had a great experience with them! They gave me a quick estimate and even fixed my heater the same day I called them. Once it gets hot, I’m definitely calling them back to install my AC. The price was so right that my building manager is now talking to them about a contract.
