Pride Of Los Angeles

I have needed my carpets cleaned for a long time, but was overwhelmed at the thought of it with the dogs, etc. I received a referral on Nextdoor months ago and yesterday I finally Unilocaled Pride of Los Angeles, the company referred. I then contacted Marcia and found they had an opening yesterday afternoon! This was perfect since we are having a bed delivered on Saturday. Anyway, they arrived when promised, did the work in the amount of time promised, were professional, friendly, did really great work, and the cost was a few dollars less than the estimate quoted over the phone. WOW! Call Pride of Los Angeles the next time you want your carpets and rugs cleaned. They are fabulous!

I promptly received a walk through and reasonable quote to have our 5000 sq ft showroom ducts cleaned. Scheduling was easy and the two technicians were very professional. They locked up once finished and I arrived today to a great fresh space– fantastic! I will be scheduling again next year. Thank you.

This company is Amazing! I’ve used them several times. The first time Marsha came to my house and she was wonderful. She didn’t rush me like some companies do. She told me all the things they do. They’re the only place I know that actually has the equipment to clean drapes on site. I have very expensive drapes and I didn’t want to take them down. Marsha explained every step and procedure. She was upfront and honest about everything. The best part is the prices are reasonable. :)
On the day to clean the drapes two gentlemen Jamie and Manuel showed up on time. They were nice, clean and very professional. They told me what to expect and immediately went straight to work. They’re very careful with the equipment and tidy up before leaving. I like that!
Wow! They really knew what they were doing. They started on the drapes in my kitchen nook covering the sliding glass doors and worked their way straight into the living room. A large living room with three big picture windows. A lot of work and they never stopped. They came the next morning and did all the drapes in my formal dining room another large room with three windows. My drapes turned out Beautiful. They look brand new.
How convenient it was not to struggle taking down heavy drapes and hauling them to the dry cleaner. Just to pick them up a week later and have to get on a stool and spend hours trying to rehang them. I was so impressed I called them out to clean the carpet. Which also turned out gorgeous. Since I’ve had the carpet at another house I own cleaned by them too. Another great job!
So pleased with their services. I recently had them clean my air condition ducts and dryer vent. Again Jamie and Manual did a wonderful job. Hoping soon to have them clean the air condition ducts at another property and my parents house too. Marsha is so sweet and very helpful. I have nothing but praise for this company.

Once again, your guys did a super job cleaning our carpeting! The guys were at our home at 9 AM on the dot as scheduled and were very professional. They took a lot of care with a couple places the carpet (White Berber) needed repairs and I can’t even notice the small patches!
